HI Jimmy, thanks very much for this, just read your tutorial write up on 500px. If you have a moment could you answer a questions please?
Q.Could you explain the benefit of 32bit merge to HDR., why not just use two images (one dark, one bright) and luminosity masks? If you can't edit in 32bit mode, why do you start with a 32bit file?
    Thanks again.

When I open Merge to HDR pro & choose 32-bit, I do not have the option "Complete Toning in Adobe Camera Raw" under the histogram.

I've figured it out, Complete Toning in Adobe camera Raw" option is only available when using Photoshop CC 2014.

When the 32-bit file is open in Photoshop. Save it as a .tiff exit photoshop and import the tiff file into lightroom. Lightroom allows you to edit the 32-bit file and you have just as much control in lightroom as you do in Photoshop. To do additional editing in Photoshop. Export the file out of Lightroom as a 16bit dng

Jimmy, after all of the editing is finished, the layers are merged, the file saved it still has a massive size of over 500mb. I save it as psd. The pixel on the longest edge is about 400px. How can I bring the file size down to, lets say 70 or 80 MB please? BTW this tutorial is the best on HDR. Hopefully I can soon make use of your paid features.

When I open Merge to HDR pro & choose 32-bit, I do not have the option "Complete Toning in Adobe Camera Raw" under the histogram. I tried modifying Photoshop's(CS6) preferences file to handle TIFFs, but t no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Jimmy McIntyre , your masks are awesome! Brother, I didn't catch the non-destructive layer on my Mac, I tried shift+option+command+'E' and nothing hap pings.. Why ? :-(

click on the top layer in "Layers", press the combination he mentioned (cmd + opt + shift + E), it will create a merged layer on top of the one you selected, while keeping all the layers below.
