Good looking salad... You may have better results if you were to wash the lettuce leaves and allowing them to dry a bit before chopping them up. Would bring in less water into the result. Also, looks like cabbage would be a better choice than lettuce considering the dressing and other ingredients... JMHO...
Always wash vegetables and fruit before cutting/peeling. Basic sanitation, so that you are not cutting dirt and germs into the food, especially when it is to be consumed raw. 😅
На такава салата й казваме манджа с грозде -куп несъвместими продукти - кисели краставички, мед, лук , кисело мляко. Предполагам, че вкусът е противен. С иначе- айсберг , моркови и лека майонеза ще е добре
