Yeah, they have just enough in production and reserve to never run out. What's also true, though, is that Russia has an abundance of old MLRS rockets, so it makes more sense to expend those if your target is a large area, like an entire city.
I'm not sure I've read anything specific about TOS rockets, but the british intelligence has been the leading producer of fake news, followed closely by ISW. The brits are famous for their "russians are fighting with shovels" blunder, while ISW came with "Avdeevka is inconsequential anyway" narrative.

Willy, you may want to look into that chinese nuclear sub story. You might find it quite unreliable. First the sub depth is over 7.5m and average depth the the river is about 5m. They also don't build their nuclear subs there, and isn't it funny that the story was released right after chinese icbm test.

Meanwhile , Russia had one call up more than a year ago and have all the manpower they need from already trained fighters. Russia put together a whole new army, the 51st, just to put the brakes on Kursk, and all from unused manpower. 😊

I'm literally the guy who entered the city recruitment office Sept 22, 2022. I presented proof I'm taking care of disabled family member and left. At the same time I witnessed lots of men bringing documents for health issues or number of children and leaving. Haven't been bothered since. Many of people I know just ignored the writ and no one was chased after. Also there was no additional mobilization for two years since then.
So what's your point?
