I recently purchased a Cognito 3-Inch Premier Leveling Kit with Fox PSRR 2.0 Shocks for 11-19 SKU 110-P0926 $2400.79 I thought I was buying top of the line product backed by a company that would stand by their product. I WAS WRONG !!!! I had to wait weeks before receiving the leveling kit and once it was installed I realized the truck didn’t sit level and couldn’t figure out what was wrong until having the torsion keys removed and finding out Cognito sent a one of them for a newer model truck. I reached out to them and they were very arrogant and not willing to admit their mistake even with pictures and part number of their torsion keys. I was told the torsion key bolts will never be adjusted the same and they don’t send out wrong parts and it was probably a mixup with the shop that installed it. I encored additional $305.00 labor and not having my truck for five days for their mix up and they refused to reimburse me for their mistake so they don’t stand behind their product our own up to their mistakes.
@@mondo9.2.5 I loved it and sold it lol, I have a 2020 now but I put the 3” cognito lift with UCA’s and the FOX shocks. It sits level with 2” blocks in the back
by the way that's very important can you introduce a type of bushing where did Knuckles can be drilled to a certain diameter and a bushing be installed which I believe it's a 7° tapered so the tie rod ends can go on the top off the knuckle instead of the bottom?
@@suspensionmaxxman What is the clearance between the UCA and the tire? I have about 5mm gap maybe a little less with the 18" stock wheels and duratracs that came with the truck.
So I drag my balls across the seat of my already tall 2019 3500 HD trying to get in the darn thing....so what do we do? Watch a video on lifting the ride height on another truck lol
Just finished adding the Suspension MAXX UCA kit to my 2015 Silverado 2500 Duramax. I installed the MC5 kit when it was new. The look of the truck is phonomial!! After installing the UAC's, and doing alignment. I have what sounds like a growling in the front end. It changes with speed. I have Micehelin tires 295/65/20. Any suggestions?
