Sally, your cover is really coming together well. It’s going to be lovely. The “tape” is so fun!! What a great idea. The fabric looks like what we have in the US as cheesecloth. Our cheesecloth is very airy and frays well - sometimes too well! I look forward to seeing what other clever ideas you come up with! 😊
Love how your title page is looking, and agree with others, those little pieces of gauze were inspired. It's so interesting to watch your videos, and those of others, and see how over time the confidence you've gained shows itself in your experimentation and creativity.
My mother taught me to start at the wrong end of letters so you were more accurate and just following it as a pattern. Your so good at embroidery that it probably makes no difference.
Really enjoying the process so far!!! Did you know that when using the seam ripper to actually rip out a seam, that you put the little red ball tip down ways to take the seam out? I probably didn’t describe that correctly but anyway I had no idea!!!
Hi just wanted to chime in and say I love how your project has started my favorite colors and I love flowers it's inspiring me to try one of my own what about if you use that little green stripe rectangle the other way so it looks like grass just a thought whatever you do will be beautiful
When we were transferring pencil by tracing paper we used to shade on the underside across the writing. Then when transferring onto the cloth you don’t miss bits out if you are a little bit inaccurate.

Thanks so much Tammy, you described it perfectly, but I always forget to turn it the other way! Haha 🌸🌼🌸

Thanks so much Karen, oh I didn’t think of that, I shall try it and see what it looks like 🌸🌼🌸
I can feel your excitement. What size are your pages gonna be btw?
Thanks so much Sandra - they’re approximately 7x10 inch 🌸

Thanks Lucy - I’ve tried this way and I get smudges on the cloth - it’s probably because I’m heavy handed haha 🌸🌼🌸
@@DottyBeeVintage we used to use Bronco.
What are your plans on the inside front cover? Could you put something like a compass on it with some fabric collage?
Hi Jean, I haven’t made plans yet, but I like that idea or even some kind of map - you’ve got me thinking now - all the best Sally 🌸
