Beautiful Home! If the pool is a liability and seniors are not allowed to use it. Why purchase a home with a pool? If the pool is not being used, isn't that an extra expense for maintaining and cleaning the pool? That expense could be use towards something else. Would like your input on that. Thanks!

After years of working in assisted living (senior, hospice, special needs, Vet, sober living and homeless transition). I've ultimately decided on building towards owning a senior assisted living home, Vet rehabilitation or Hospice care home. I want to do this so badly, not for monetary reasons, but because I can't stand what I've seen in these facilities I've worked for. It's.. Been rough. For the residents, families as well as the staff that genuinely care. Owners and Administrators are hiring "Kids" at 18 yrs of age, without any experience at all, and the training is short of minimal. I couldn't handle it anymore. It's really terrible.. 😢😞
you have just spoke a mouth full. I had to get away from also. And cost what they charge these families is horrible and don't even get the right care.

You literally just described the place I work at! These kids do not want to work at all! The place I work at should be reported to the state. That will be happening soon.

I would just change the carpet for vinyl flooring and live everything else as is.
