In this vlog, Wilson and I head upstate to an Dubois Farm to find a pumpkin and do some apple picking. It feels like Fall with the cool air and beautiful foliage, and we're in the mood to celebrate the season! After we get home, I carve my jack-o-lantern for Halloween while talking about what gets me in the spooky spirit. Then I head to the barbershop, and share my Halloween costume with yall. Hi, Q - went to a Halloween party last night...60 people in a fantastically decorated huge old Victorian house. The costumes went from ho-hum to amazing! All the usuals were there, and some were so simple and fun that they even won one of the 'Best' prizes: two gals in old lady wigs with big saggy boobs sweaters, curlers in wig hair, funky glasses and smeared lipstick - perfect! The mood was electric with loud music, a fog machine, food buffet and games. Glad I went - as a house painter (actually in the middle of painting my rooms, so the costime was easy for me). Not usually one who likes large parties, I had fun. Do it!

One underrated horror movie that isn't too gory just for the sake of it (like Saw) is The House of the Devil made in 2009, but it is stylized very well and takes place in the 70s. Very creepy and suspenseful!

Your wolverine costume was good. Literally for the last 5 years, I would dress as a referee. I will continue to wear that costume until I can’t anymore. lol
We did fall activities on Friday at my workplace. We carved pumpkins, watched Hocus Pocus, ate caramel apples. It was fun and this is my favorite time of year. Plus, this week its supposed to be really cold in my area. Thanks for sharing your fun time with Wilson ❤🍂🎃

You're too sweet and wonderful for wolverine claws!😀 That being said, the best way to eat pumpkin seeds is to roast them with only salt and oil(vegetable oil works best). No other spices. Your haircut is REALLY well executed. You have a great barber.

Never carved a pumpkin. I have 2 that look pretty real with a light inside. I also have a mechanical witch who I love. I believe I purchased her in 1993, and she still works! I'm really lazy when it comes to costumes, but I ordered a skeleton sweat suit which I hope arrives tomorrow. Have the mask already, otherwise I'll be a goul. Don't like wearing the heavy Halloween makeup. Here in Forest Hills where I like we have a small parade then back to the community room for refreshments. After I may be bad and go to a local bar for a drink. Love the cider doughnuts as well. Whatever you do....Have a spooky Halloween. Stay safe. The new cut looks great.

Honeycrisps especially from Upstate!!! Golden Delicious and Red Delicious are too soft & insipid (the opposite of crisp).
Any apple - even Red/Golden Delicious are much much better fresh from the orchard!
