He's been talking for an hour, not a single mispronunciation, no childish name calling, no ten or fifteen repetitions of nonsense, he actually has a vocabulary above a sixed graders. I am impressed, he has not molested a single flag, whats left of his hair stays put, and he's not orange. Wow!

Still relevant today! What a great speaker he is! He is right about needing a political and cultural MOVEMENT that must stand up to UNRESTRICTED GREED!

He so consistently on point - decade after decade. He should be on a monument in DC.

I'm not a young person. Business professional, college educated, burned through 401k due to 2 layoffs, salary has barely increased 12k in 16 years, even though job responsibility has increased. And, of course, have student debt. I feel heartbroken about Biden's "comeback", a man who says he has zero empathy for young people - people who will be his constituents if he wins. I do not understand what is wrong with my fellow voters and their inability to vote for good things for themselves. I am hoping with all my heart that Bernie wins.

I've seen well over a hundred of Bernie's speeches and this one by far is one of his most profound. It explains exactly what democratic socialism is and why it is desperately needed in our country.

Notice how some of the men and a few woman never applaud when Bernie talks about the rich? Wonder why?

I'm here working at a job that is driving me crazy (healthcare) where I'm seeing the first-hand results of being poor, having a lack of healthcare, lack of knowledge, lack of adequate outlets to healthy eating. I am seeing diabetic kids, kids with dyslexia slip through the cracks because parents are overworked and undereducated. I am seeing children suffer first hand because of our adult mistakes. I can't emphasize enough we need to reform! I normally am so "meh" on things. I don't know what it is about Bernie but its just music to my ears. I really really wish mainstream media would show this man talk. Really talk. It makes me feel hopeful in this industry which sometimes tests faith - kids have zero votes, zero voice they are getting sick, neglected and abused.

the fact that a lot of his points are still relevant 5 years later shows how much the government needs reform
