Hi Dmitry, thx for another great video . Any idea when you will be reviewing Apex Surface Protection Blue collar One coating and also DIY Detail 5 year coating. These are getting a lot of traction from youtube videos and Facebook. Would be very interesting to see how they stack up. Thanks
Appreciate the empirical testing. As you'd mentioned, the human factor can point to an alternate conclusion and that's typically where I orient myself. As I understand, this product was recently reformulated. Might try it. FWIW, with this sort of thing, two factors are important to me: its look and ease of use. I don't expect extended durability from a lite ceramic LSP in a plastic bottle.
Awesome video! I'm wondering how it compares visually to products like Wolfgang and Poorboys EX. It looks like Fusso coat beats it in every category but its hard to compare the two videos. Awesome work man! I really appreciate your channel!
Thanks! It's really hard to visually compare after the fact. The Wolfgang would depend on which one, the Deep Gloss 3 looks great, the Uber SiO2 looks great too. I do have a table on my website (link in description), but visual comparison is so subjective.
To be honest, I am not a big topper guy as a mater of preventative treatment, I typically use a product as a topper if I see early failures on coated surfaces and I’m not ready to re-coat the whole car. Ultimately you will never know how long your coating really lasts if you spray a topper on it every Nth wash. As far as product, I like any good silica based spray sealant. So things like the Wolfgang Uber SiO2 silica spray, Adams Ceramic Boost, Ethos Resist, etc…
Hi my dear Dmitry. The vídeo: excellent (as allways), but I was thinking that there is one of your favorite products that (I believe), deserve a “Dmitry test”: The Wolfgang. Don’t you believe that it’s a good idea? Kind regards my dear friend 👍
Hey Joaquín my friend, good to hear from you! Is there a particular wolfgang product you are referring to as my favorite? Ive tested quite a few. They’re generally all good, not many I dont like.
Sorry didn't see your reply until now my friend. I think maybe it's the Deep Gloss 3? I have tested it with the old system, but I will likely retest it again in the future just for my own curiosity. Hope you're well!
Do you think Gyeon CanCoat EVO is a better option in terms of durability? I live up north where we use salt in the winter so I like durability more than anything else! Looking to step up from TW Seal N Shine
@@DmitrysGarage I'm between that, maybe something like Adams graphene ceramic spray coating. Just want the best spray on coating as I don't care to polish my car!
@@fatalostriches8618 Adam's is solid, also check out this Wolfgang: ua-cam.com/video/AMmVDpFmSwg/v-deo.html I know it's a silica spray and doesn't bill itself as a coating, but it's really pretty much a spray coating, will high spot too.
It can on a dull surface. Its just super hard to beat polishing. So polished paint will generally win over whatever the wax does. Keep in mind were just talking about reflected light. Not the overall quality of what people call “glossy” which includes depth and candy appearance. This is covered by the “visual appeal” qualitative testing.
I recommend picking a process you like. For instance liquid coating, spray coating, spray sealant, liquid sealant, or paste. Then you can reference my chart (link in description), you can also find a link there to the 1.0 old tests. Think about what’s important to you (durability? looks?) and check out the relevant category. I do agree there are sooo many products.
These videos are insanely high quality, I can't believe you don't have more subscribers.
Thanks! Im trying :) always helps when friends tell friends ;-)
I really think this type of application is the future of ceramic coatings. Your channel is badass!
Thanks! There are definitely a lot of amazing sprays out there these days. For diy its hard to beat the ease of use.
Please test out the new p&s defender sio2 spray!!

I just run into your channel and I like the product testing process. Great job.
Hey, please do a review on the new ION ceramic coating technology.THANKS!
Dimitri, another great review, thank you! I am still waiting on your review of the Cerakote ceramic paint sealant...
It's definitely coming :-)
Love your videos Demitry, specially the different paint color panels to compare the difference in looks. Best product testing channel on UA-cam 💯
Thank you! Means a lot to me man!
Seems like a good product. Definitely intrigued by ease of application! Good stuff Dmitry!
Thank you! I think its worth checking our, was really blown away by how incredible it looked on the red paint.
Another great video.
Thanks man! Hope you’re well :)

What’s your opinion on a good product for a white car?
Is this product si02 based or SiO3 and SiO4 based like his Blue Collar line up is?
Another great video! Dmitry, what is your go to toppers for a ceramic coated car?

I will be testing that one soon so hard for me to compare until I do. I hear good things about CanCoat Evo though!

Try Proje Ceramic Coating
It would be cool if there was a wax that would actually increase gloss.

@DmitrysGarage thank you. Makes sense.
They (Phoenix EOD) just raised the hardness rating to 7H 😅
Too many products these days no idea what to buy
