We are extremely excited to show you this truly extraordinary Duplex Penthouse in the heart of downtown Dubai overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa. That’s just for the Burj Khalifa, not this tower. In all honesty after living for 2 years in downtown I have never seen the trucks in front of the Burj or around. I think they schedule them well so they’re not noticeable
