Finally found the right arepa recipe my aunt used to make for me. She would roll them like a log wrap them with wax paper and we would slice n fry them whenever we wanted. Thank you!

my brother I love learning your recipes, but you put flour everywhere except in the bowl!
Those things on your wrist are stopping you from reaching into the bowl properly and making you spill flour everywhere!
Have you considered using a bigger mixing bowl?

I have larger bowl. But my tripod was defective and would not turn to any angles. So I had to stick with smaller bowl and a certain distance from video recording.

I tried your recipe today with some maize flour I had left in the cupboard, but I forgot to add wheat flour at the end and think i also used too much oil when frying it so the outside was not quite as crispy and absorbed too much oil but was still very delicious, Thank you for sharing your recipe and technique. You explain how to do it very well and tell what to be careful for, such as work it out if its too sticky. Thats something I can understand.
If i followed your advice more closely you warned me about doing that, but even if i got it wrong today it was very delicious! I will make this again with the wheat flour and do it better next time. Next time will be better!
