1. use spot welder of LI ION batteries and 2. don't use so much thick wire for soldering in between them as these wire will have high resistance value thus drop in few voltage and Ampere,

@@weichen4686 battery will explode if you give continuous heat . I first discharged the lion battery and give heat only for 2 seconds to solder with wires.

Best case scenario: reduced capacity, increased internal resistance, unbalanced cells despite coming from the same batch
Worst case scenario: explosion, fire, death.
