  • Last month I went to my second Dr. Joe Dispenza advanced retreat in Nashville. I wanted to make another video explaining the ins and outs of his week-long advanced retreat.
Dr. Joe is a new-age spiritual teacher who has created an amazing community centered around powerful meditations. Some come to heal serious diseases, and some come to create a new reality, but almost everyone leaves the week long as a different version of who they were.
If you have questions jump in the comments and I will do my best to answer.

I lost my hearing in one ear 3 years ago and will be going to the Mexico retreat in June. Hoping to heal, but there is so much else to gain from these practices
I’ve got a good feeling that regardless of what happens, it will be one of the most transformational weeks of my life.

Just did Mexico last week and it was def. worth it!! What a week that was. I’m still mind blown about the experiences I’ve had. I actually kinda miss the whole vibe and environment there, since back home 😅

Way to go Avi, it is so very important to find your path to a meditative life and keep meditating. Meditation does take effort, but the rewards are so important in today's world. You MUST be self-motivated for a better life!

I'm currently on my third time watchinng/listening to the Intensive and Progressive Workshop Course Bundle. As well as doing the included meditations. In addition do meditating each morning immediately after waking before i do snything else.
I do plan to go to an advanced tetreat as soon as funds become abvailable.
I would be going with the intention to heal from the stroke that occurred 2 years ago and to exoerience a profound mystical experience in the process. :)

Hello Avi, I am very grateful to you for taking the time to share your experience with us and for sharing information that is very relevant to us. I'm going to Denver in July. Questions: Approximately what time does the day end? After the 4-5am meditation, what time does the day normally start? Thank you thank you .. I will stay in touch!

Thank you, Avi, for that information. You said you do 2, 3 or 4 meditations per day. How long are each of the meditations you do? I live in the UK and I will not be able to go to any of his retreats. I will have to do the meditation on my own at home, but I wanted a rough idea of how many minutes or hours of meditation is done each day?

Hi thank you for taking the time to do this video! I appreciate it this so much because I have so many questions. I know you said that you went to a week long event. Do you think it beneficial to do a workshop first or can I just go and do this without any beginners events. I so want to do this!! ❤

  • @jovenusdivine503

I really want to do it, and need it so badly. But I can’t afford it, I am praying to God on that one! I don’t know, anyway I’m going to make a goal. I do really believe that the meditations work for me. I have a lot of nerve damage and I work with a doctor a nurse at the Cleveland clinic and she’s like a unicorn in the industry and I found Dr. Joe Dispenza on my own. But she had it and these papers for videos to watch, so what are the chances of that? So five years ago or just over that I was shot six times randomly and they say it was a gang initiation and I’ve been trying to really heal ever since that has been helping with other things too. Lastly I would like to meet some people like kind. No friends because I lost a lot of them. Thank you for the video.

Hello. I am trying to get info about some details about those retreats. Hope you can help. From your experience of going with mom - could you share the room - its $300 , and I want to share with my daughter. I can't get answer from the organizers. Or maybe you know the contact phone? Also in a hot climate - are there outside activities in the afternoons? Please let me know. Thanks.

I would also like to ask, they say, you can only absorb 20 minutes a day with your brain and information or 20 minutes at a time intervals, so that much of it is a lot, no?
