Thank you. I have the same condition. My love in life was travel. I have no family, it was my all. I became agoraphobic because of panic disorder. I also have childhood trauma which I think makes my way of handling this different. I am not sure what to do. I spent all my savings on therapies and now have quit my job.

I love your presentation. I had panic attacks for about 25 years and became agoraphobic. I have worked on myself for years and have learned to control them, but at times they still creep up. I really resonated with you when you said, " I was afraid to go back to the same pain." Thank you so very much for this enlightenment.

Thank you for sharing, thank you so much. I've recently had to admit to myself that I am becoming agoraphobic. I have two of Dr. Joe's books, but when a bout of depression hit me, it hit so hard I could hardly fight it. I have battles with myself for control of my thoughts. I feel like finding this video is a sign to keep going, to keep fighting. So much in me has already changed. I just desperately want to speed up the process. Finding this video is one of the synchronicities that Dr. Joe talks about.

I also have been trying to do it naturally but sometimes have to go on medication for a while. I also went to the ER because I was so scared. I have a 15 year old daughter who is an empath, she feels and takes on my energy sometimes. I want peace and calm for myself but also so much more for her! I needed hope. Thank you for that!!

Thank you so much for your testimonial. I was surprised to hear you start to talk about panic attacks and describe them so succinctly. I have known that intense fear so very well .... all of it, and I also could relate to what you said about going back to the moment and owning it, surrendering to it and saying this is OK. My divorce a few years ago was not just a divorce, but the start of a journey to know myself and figure out the origin of panic attacks that started when I was a teenager -- the panic, medications, hospital visits, of which you describe well! Thank you for sharing. Sitting through that fear and examining one's story and saying it's not my story anymore is liberating. You are blessed and brave and better!

Love it! So, he's a pilot, and does maneuvers and flips in an airplane and yet don't get a panic attack from that?! I've gotten, what my doctor says, anxiety attacks. Haven't had once since 2016, but for me, it's a thought I'm gonna stop breathing and my heart is pumping and the thought, just sends me on the attack. It's like I'm just going to stop breathing. Scary! I'm no way as worst as others who are on meds, and have other symptoms like this wonderful man in this video. Matter of fact, remembered one as a young child, then 2016... under a lot of stress. I've experienced asthma as a child and that was scary in itself... so it's like having an asthma attack. I've haven't had an asthma attack since a childhood though.

Hi Dr Dispenza and your team!!! Can I make a suggestion? because I i think that your work is beyond amazing and can help, and already is, helping a lot of people! Try to use better titles in theseTestimonial Videos, because they're really powerful stories but only using the title "Someone's testimonial" its not eye catching enough to make lots of people click on it, and I really think that with the use of better and more interesting titles on these videos the message behind your incredible work can and will spread further. Antonín Dvořák great czech composer suffered from agoraphobia...But Its interesting he traveled the world, met lot of musicians, composers, editors, autors of poems, books, friends, he appreciated..He loved the scotish beach after he became internationally recognised and many people and ladies on the beach who were swimming there and listening scotish music on the beach. He said people who experienced it, can never forget it..Though people with agoraphobia are afraid of open spaces and busy streets full of people, yet he enjoyed it...or the visits in New York, where he noticed lot of tourists comming to America, he conducted in front of the orchestras since his thirdies. When he traveled for the first time by the steamship, people were inside because of bad weather, but he was outside and enjoyed the view. Whenhe saw Niagara falls he said “Heavens, definitely a symphony in B minor!” He wrote Cello concerto in B minor, in America. Joe´s event was from Niagara falls too. He loved planting the trees in his garden, having small farm and he loved birds and walking in nature early in the morning, then comming back to his villa composing and writting 60 pages a day and then afternoon, he went back for a walk and continued to compose in the nature. ....So it reminds me walking meditation......And there are scientific facts that walking in nature increases the hormone of creativity, because of more oxygen. He did it also because his house was full of people and visitors so he needed some stillness for creativity, so he walked in nature. The nature was inspiration for his music and also he loved other composers. But is interesting they say the older got, his agoraphobia got worse, yet his music was better and better. So how can someone with agoraphobia be so productive, and travel the world, and write so much music, become music director and teach students, conduct in front of many people, if people with agoraphobia are afraid of unknown places and busy streets. But maybe he loved the traveling because he loved the trains and steamship and the engine technologies ..so he was fascinated by it. So maybe the traveling itself wasnt problem. Maybe the illness or condition is living its own life, separatedly from the true nature. Maybe he forgot his illness when he was in creative state of mind....As Joe says everybody did something right. We need to become our own symphony leaders. He says people just need to overcome things or avoid internet more, to do walking meditations and do the hobbies. But 150 years ago people didnt have internet so therefore they did it more naturally.

The jump is like a step into the healing. The problem was excess fear and that's why he didn't want to jump at first. When he did, it dawned on him that 26 years of fear is what caused all the attacks and everything. Of course he did the meditations a lot during the retreats and the jump was a significance to a new life now. When you start to understand Dr. Joe's work you will know that healing will happen anywhere anytime. He gave you what started it.

Probably he created his own chemistry (without any drug or serotonin drug) by exercising, breathing walking, probably by stimulating the vagus nerve, that slows down heart rate and other stuff and maybe also he changed his perceptions, goals, started to enjoy things more. There are techniques that stimulate vagus nerve meditation, yoga, breathing, laughing, dancing, singing...But Joe´s work is very complex.

How is it he just happens to meet Joe and they fly him to the seminar or whatever they call it but yet I have to read the books I have to take a $299 course which I can't afford to do as yet before I can even go on a 3-day one or a week one somehow I have to get myself back into everything's possible and happy to get my vision board up because I have glaucoma and I'm losing my sight at this moment I don't even know if I can drive anymore and I need to be able to drive. I have read two of his books that are mandatory to read I listen to them because I can't see to read them I can barely see do this I do the meditations so far they have not helped I really want to go to his three day and then the week one I think if I'm with other people of the same mind and energy I can be healed but I have to find a way to get the money to do it.

      1. It's not necessary to go to be heal yourself.
      2. Get started with doing his meditations daily and focus and work on being in elevated emotions all day long and connect with the energy of your future.
That's the real work. From the moment you open your eyes in the morning, work on being in that elevated state of being of your future for the rest of the day.

      1. You're not disconnect with the outer world. You're laying it with the intense expectation of the future. Connect with it in form of spirit, substance of god, here, using it, so instilled that your body believed so.
      - Dedication, strong firm intensity warrior.
      - Serenity.
      - Trust in feeling.
      - Become a walking, sitting, eating, reading, listening meditation.
