This was a beautiful and cozy night walk my friend! The Palm 🌴 Trees were amazing in front of that night sky, and the restaurants and decor matched the atmosphere. The apartment you mentioned is very expensive, but the area itself was very nice. Great night walk in Silver Lake my friend!

Used to order from Yummys, they deliver your groceries for a $6. My old neighborhood when I lived in Los Feliz 4 eight years. Lotsa new places...did not know the origins of name. Thanks again AK for memory-lane.
This was a great tour…. This isn’t what old timers think of re Sunset Blvd being Hollywood stars and fancy placed. Liked seeing this more residential side. Thanks again!!
Strip malls, empty streets and lots of parking lots, that's my impression of Los Angles. It's the opposite of New York City. LA is not a city, it is a collection of spread out suburbs all linked together by highways. It does have some nice areas though but they are mainly near the ocean.
It definitely wasn't a trendy area when I lived there a couple of blocks from the now Black Cat back in 70's The only 'restaurant' in that area was a Tommy's knock off and two gay dive bars were the only bars.
