I went surf fishing in Panama city beach and hooked up with a big 60 lb stingray and after that I never want to catch one again so your stingray gave me flash backs lol , nice fishing vids though keep them coming
Do you ever try a poppin cork (CAJUN THUNDER) and gulp or Zman baits for surf fishin?
I usually do pretty well early morning catching trout and reds that way. The lady fish generally leave that bait rig alone.
Matt and I went there one day last week and caught probably 700 baby jacks. No reds for us.
Too bad their momma didn’t swing through! Hopefully it’ll pick up there soon, we were hammering em there by this time last year.

Can’t beat a spoon it’s my go to lure. Never tried the Cotten Cordell I usually use the 1oz Johnson spoon either silver and Gold

How productive can targeting reds with lures in the surf?
It can definitely be done throughout the year but I don’t think it’s as consistent as other areas.
Can you catch other fish throughout the year with lures in the surf? Your videos have inspired me to try something new!
It’s tough in the colder months(November-March) but once it warms up it’s game on! There’s a lot of species to catch. Holler at me if you want to shorten your learning curve! I run Guided wade fishing trips here on the Alabama coast.

Could you video be any less viewer friendly. The whole point of watching fishing videos is to (believe it or not) see the disk that you've caught. Not just watch you quickly release them.
