We are Eleise and Lawrence & Nyh - A young family from the south of England. Like many people the pandemic gave us a shake up! While watching hours of Mark Weins in Thailand - We had our “Ah ha” Moment. We decided we wanted to travel.
Enjoying working for ourselves, we didn’t want to give up our business and decided it was entirely possible for us to do both. So we set about making it our lifestyle to work in the UK for a month, and then travel for a month - month on, month off…. until our little boy Nyh goes to school! We want to inspire people that you don’t have to up-sticks, sell all your belongings and leave behind family to be able to see the world.
Our Philosophy. Work, Travel, Repeat.

The name you were trying to pronounce is " Ayurveda " . It's literally means "Science of Life " . Veda means Knowledge. Ayurveda works on principle of Prevention is better than Cure. It doesn't suppress symptoms and targets root causes. It's very deep science and Yoga is one part of Ayurveda.
India was the fountain head of the knowledge. Indians will prefer taking relevant kitchen herbs and spices first then rushing to doctor for common cough and cold, flue etc. Surf more for Ancient India on UA-cam.
Just viewing the session gave me a relaxing feeling. Wonder how good u both must have experienced. Enjoy India.
It was other worldly… India has been a gift that keeps on giving 🖤🖤

@@parttimetravellingfamily It's more than 5000 year medical science of India. The difference between Ayurvedic medicines and Alopethic medicines is that Alopethic medicines majorly cures the symptoms, while Ayurvedic medicines works at the root cause. It is very detailed science which is based on the imbalances of the basic functions of how our body operates. And it works the balance those imbalances. Our body has to maintain the balance between Kapha, Pitta and Vatta, so Ayurved first focuses on finding where the imbalances are and then specific medicines are given to restore them.
Panikoorka is a variety of oregano found locally in South India.,specially Kerala. It is called Cuban Oregano or Mexican Mint.

You can get those Head Massages in men's saloon all over India...
I must try them then... thanks 🖤
but not with ayurvedic oil
It's different in saloons..... they're not trained for professional massage.....
Ayurveda centers are best for this.....
In saloons they're using navaratna oil..... it's not suitable for everyone.....
This should be done under the supervision of an ayurvedic doctor....
