- This video was a result of questions I received through the Instagram community about building wrist and finger speed. Here I give you a brief crash course on general technique and reveal the two components of speed. I also present exercises for building both wrist and finger technique respectively as well as one additional exercise that combines the two. Thanks to @kingvegas2k7 and @petar_pavasovic for the idea, and I would love to do more videos like this!
