I bought some new tires and Injora bed lock wheels from Amazon, and for hours I tried putting the wheels together with the steel rings. In the end, I decided to put them together without the inner piece. That worked. Then I stumbled on your video and got out some butter. Lol. I was determined to get the wheels sandwiching that inner ring and tried your method, but it didn't work. I again, went without the inner steel rings. It works.
You just saved me some time, I also got injora beadlocks and have been struggling to put them on some prolines…. I’ll try doing it without the inner part now lol
Just a comment, I use a Q-tip and put a little WD-40 on it. I swab the bead of the tire only once and wipe off any excess on both beads of the tire. That makes it easy to align the rings to the bolt holes with out any internal stretching going on. I hate when tires turn and they wobble a little. Doing this will make them turn straight with no wobble. After I’m finished, I wipe them down with a dab of alcohol, to make sure there’s no residue left.
OMG look noob it's being pinched in between the metal that's why it's called a beadlock rim and there's no glue needed, the tire has a bead that gets pinched and the middle ring is what the inside of the tire bead gets pinched so other words you have 2 outer rings that sandwiches the rubber on the middle/inner ring
The bead is clamped between the ring and the inner piece, not the part of the wheel it's attached to. It will make sense if you build one, you will see.
What happens if the bolt doesn’t want to tighten all the way ? Like the bolts are to small yet that’s how it came ?to hold the rim together both pieces

Tried to put My injoras and tusks together last night and i can't get them to go together far enough for the inner wheel screws to reach
You might have them backwards
Thanks for the awesome video dude, Knowing how to assemble beadlocks Is a must. If you have never tried Duratrax crawler tires they are great!
Anytime! I’ll definitely have to take a look. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip!!
How does this keep if from peeling away from the wheel though? Shouldn’t rubber be pinched between the outer ring and the rest of the wheel?
That’s what I thought?

What do You do about venting the tire.
WHAAAAAT? 😅 I literally need this video today and here it is! 😂✊✊✊
Awesome! Glad I could help.
Thanks!! Great how-to video.
It is very easy to put it on straight and pass, but it is very difficult to do how to balance it, the wheels are constantly wobbling.
what is the point of that ring if you dont use it to clamp the rubber between it and the wheel ?
this does not make any sense

any reason not to just put in all the screws other than the ones on the back?
Thanks, really helpful lol
Thx !
Thanks man. So Simple, but you told and showed it good 👍
Those are some hated compound tires, the soft ones jump out at every opportunity.
Thanks this was very helpful😮
I cant get one of my beadlocks to stay on after i use it for 20 min
are your tires 2.2 or 1.9 ?
1.9
My tire slips on the rims.. threw them in the trash.
That’s what she said. Classic. Lol
@3:30 he gets to doing the thing from the title
yeah. this should be a 1.5 minute video.
