Dry Chilli - 5 nos
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1
Garlic - 4 nos
Small Onion - 10 to 15 nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon

Salt to taste
Tamarind - small lemon size
Tomato - 2 nos
Boiled Horse gram - 50 gms
Tamarind Water - 1 cup
Mustard - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 spoon
Small Onion (Chopped)

Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 spoon
Dry Ginger Powder - 3/4 tsp
Water as required
