      Hi Tushar, GD&T part will be coming soon. Also a complete new series on GD&T from completely basic. But before that and in between multiple new videos have to come, this is taking time, I hope I'll come up with new series very soon

      Sure, Bearing selection as per applications, bearing selection calculation, amount of greasing, thermal an mechanical limit of bearing, also how to design bearing shaft with a pratical example. Just keep patience, so much to come here 😊

      Yes absolutely right, we should consider drilling force, Please ignore it for this series, To keep calculation little simple i have considered in total force 50 Kg. (Drilling weight and drilling max reaction force)
      Drilling force calculation video, Yes It will be interesting. I'll definitely think about it.

    How can we select Screw Nut,because different types of Screw nuts there,so pls explain Selection of Screw Nut based on application

      Hi Elavarasanrj, I guess we don't need to learn the Ball Screw nut type selection, It will become very specific to a ball screw manufacturers brand like THK, Hiwin
      We only have to calculate our design indent, Like
      1. ball screw grade - precision or rolles
      2. Ball screw size and lead.
      3. Environment condition - normal, dusty, heat
      4. expected life
      5. Machine application - lab or production or endurance testing
      And on the basis of these data, different manufacturers will suggest you best cost effective model of nut. Or we can check the model datasheet in their catalogue and decide best model, which should be ready available and cost effective
      Moreover in ball screw nut, these is nothing specific in there mounting method, all are same cylindrical flange mounting.
      I hope you got my point 😊
      If we will memorize model number, Then what will the salesmen do?
      We r engineer, and only have to know our requirements.
      Same like doctors, they only write medicine composition name, not specific brand tablet name

    Sir it means.. in case of vertical drilling force(weight) is 50kg that is considered
    But if same weight is on horizontal application...then total load will be 50 kg plus siliding friction force
    Sliding friction force is 0.2x50x9.8 =98 N=9.8kg
    Then total force (axial force)in horizontal case is 50 kg +9.8kg=59.8kg
    Sir am I right????

      If system is horizontal- Total load to push or pull by motor, would be only sliding frictional force (friction coefficient of ball screw, and Guides)
      you need some correction in calculation,
      1. Sliding friction force you have calculated 9.8 to be in Newton (this is force)
      2. As sliding friction is force, then we can't add 9.8 N with 50 Kg (Unit of physical parameters should be same)
      Why we should not consider 50 kg load? because when system is horizontal, then gravitation force of 50 kg would be towards downward (vertically), and we will need to push and pull horizontally) so the direction of 50 kg force is not matter. (resultant force in horizontally direction will be zero as per vector)
      Only frictional resistance force will be in horizontal direction (miu N)

Main kosis kar rha hun.. bilkul basic english plus thoda hindi me bolne ka.. agar completely Hindi bolunga to jin logo ko hindi bilkul samjh me nhi aati uske liye bahut jyda dikk*t hog jayegi.. jese ki south India me.. moreover aap itna achi english likh lete hai to aap ko 90 % to samjh me aa hi jati hogi.. aur agar kuch bhi aisa samjh me na aaye to please ask me in comment, i'll Definity reply you.

      Actually I am also going to give my opinion here.
      Actually in India 70 percent people can understand Hindi and in comparison average 30 percent people unable to understand Hindi language.
      So Sir if you will use Hindi more than English then you will get 70 percent views instead of 30 percent views.

I got your point, and I can also understand if content will be in our native language Hindi.. to hum me se maximum logo ko jyada ache se samjh me aayega.. aur mai bhi yahi chahta hu.. ki content na sirf surface level pe samjh me aaye balki clear ho ke samjh me aaye, jise use kare.. apne design career me.
      Pr kya hai na ki jinhe hindi bilkul nahi aati wo bolte hai please English use kro. fir as a creator kafi bura lagta hai ki itni mehant ke bad kisi k liye content pura w*ste ho gaya..
      Aur agar view ki bat kre to 100% logo ko english samjh me aati hai India me bhi India ke bahar bhi
      But this is not about views.. not about just language
      This is all about aap ko kis language me Jayda ache se Jayda interest ke sath jyda connected feel ho ke samjh me aa jaye jo ki hindi hai ofcourse
      And I'm totally confuse. dekhte hai is series me to nhi ho sakta kyuki recording maximum english me ho gaya hai sara.
      but next series me hindi english ke bich ka rasta nikalunga.

      I would suggest making the content in English; that will open your door to reach globally and not be limited to India.
      Moreover, our fellow Indians are spread worldwide. so, you need to think of all.
      However, if you can add Hindi captions to your video, you may satisfy everyone's requirements.
      but again don't spend too much time on editing captions but focus on your content.
