Note for starfall fragment, you need starlight 3rd phase, then go to sky near void theres an blue fragment altar (it must light blue, the full altar) after you got it, go to laboratory. Thats it 💀💀

[edit]: nevermind, you have to wait around 1 minute for it to light up and then click it, run to gods place, and hold E at some yellow podium thing behind the portal
