During an incarnation of the Monk that went by the name the Nun, she disguised herself as the Tenth Doctor and had a fake regeneration into her actual body, so as to make Anya Kingdom and Mark Seven think she was the Doctor. There were a couple of Big Finish stories with Jackie and the Meta Crisis human Doctor, which I think come under the bit you mentioned about those. He appeared in the Big Finish spin-off Cyberman, but was an unnamed and uncredited character. About the only thing he hasn't done in Doctor Who is wear a curly wig and pretend to be Colin Baker.

So it's perfectly possible that he could have travelled back in time to before the timelords sealed of the alternative universes, had some adventures there before the End of Time and decided to leave behind a version of himself. It would also work with his whole existentialism at that point.
My headcanon is the Doctor subconsciously based the 10th/14th appearance on Kurtz like with the 12th Doctor. Alternatively if Kurtz was torn apart inside the Tardis perhaps his essence interfered with Nine's regeneration thus emerged the 10th Doctor in Kurtz's image

As the Doctor always talks to themselves anyway the robot was given their voice but when they found it they'd regenerated once or twice so instead of upgrading they sent it away!
David tennant also played the tenth doctor in the interactive game attack of the graske and also the music of the spheres which was live at the royal albert hall when it was doctor who at the proms, and he also played barty crouch jr in harry potter and the goblet of fire

Elizabeth was just about to getting him beheaded before they started that iconic picknick - a lot of sweat and anxiety makes your hair all go floppy and depressed (it's in the novel - but not the theory that the REAL Elizabeth was the murderous monster and the picknick queen might have been a Zygon too - the horse only revealed itself to distract the Doctor from confronting his queen further)
The 50th anniversary hair will bother me until the end of my life. I honestly don’t know why they couldn’t get it right for the 50th. Yes, he might’ve had another role he needed longer hair for but for God’s sake. It ruins the whole special for me tbh
My personal theory is that since Georgia was just about to have his second child (and gave birth to them while the special was filming, IIRC), I think the hair is thusly an extension of Utterly Frazzled Newborn Baby Parent David Tennant. Or that he couldn't cut it, because of Other Role Reasons (can't remember what else he was filming around then, as that man always has about 50 roles on the go at any given time), so they had to work with longer hair than before. (Or maybe they just didn't have the same hair guy from back in the RTD days...who, incidentally, now does David's hair on 'Good Omens' -- which looks impeccable -- so hopefully he's the one who did DT's hair for the new specials)

I watched the animated... movie, thing with David Tennant. It was stunningly boring. And Tennant looked like he didn't eat in 2 months at least. I know he's skinny but the animated character took it to the extreme.
He had to change his name for real in 2011, to do Fright Night in the US, because the actors union there claimed he should change something about his name, because they already had some David Tennant [but if it is your REAL name, you might keep it and use it as before].
Well it is Doctor Who - released 22 years ago (October 2001) - as a fan-boy he just did everything related to Doctor Who! Who could have dreamt that the show would ever come back to the telly OR that David Tennant would even land the title role 😊He did more Super Heros for Big Finish: Galanar in the Dalek Empire series and Luther Arkwright in a totally different range of the Big Finish productions (18 years later he reprised THAT role, because the Doctor Who stuff and his career and family had kept him too busy to try that earlier - and the time-lapse in the story is about 23 years, so it was perfect timing in putting that 70s comic book into audio)
