I buried my 32 year old son today. Five Finger Death Punch was his favorite group. He was Army Reserves changed to Air Reserves and was a full time firefighter. After the Honor Guard gave their salute this video played. I will forever miss you son!!

Brian May performs and also donates to several charities. He built his own electric guitar as a kid, with spare parts. He got his PhD in astrophysics and is both a researcher and a professor. I'm glad to see that some people still have respect for people like him--who bust their ass, hit the books, and will leave the world a better and more enlightened place than he found it. Everyone who worked on this song, video, and seeing that the profits go to Gary Sinese's foundation--well done. Everybody has a scoreboard inside, and every vicious, hateful, violent act adds a hashmark to the side that breaks us. This project put many points on the side that heals us. Jason Thibodeaux Ivan Moody is the lead singer. I do not believe any of them served in the military, however, Zoltan Bathory supports a few veterans based groups. The troops loved their shredding guitar and got totally hyped from their music before going on missions. These guys are smart, they know who is in their audience. Then they support the troops by supporting them here and overseas. No lip service. Actual deeds. Really great guys.

I come from a military family, my dad was a firefighter, uncle was a LEO, I became an RN, and will spend the rest of my life with a LEO as well. Love tgis band and how they support those that keep us safe, those that are near and dear to me. And their music is awesome, still, all these years later. As a veteran firefighter and EMT, I love to see the respect that FFDP has for those that keep this country safe from fire and enemies both foreign and domestic. Too all my brothers and sisters backing the blue, red, green and all branches of military, stay safe!

I have so much respect for those who are WILLING to run headfirst into a fire (wearing protective gear of course) It just seems that firefighters have the biggest balls compared to the police department (though they do a lot of dangerous things too).. wherever you are, remember this... if you are really a vet firefighter.. you had to have had some big balls to do the stuff I hear firefighters do.

Very sorry for the long diatribe, but this just hits to the heart every single time I listen. No, you can't take it back, as much as you wish you could. Brother's and sister's, it was you or them. We BOTH had our orders and we carried them out. We knew the price and we were willing to sacrafice it.
We have all done the ultimate, we served in war time or not but we knew the risk. We accepted it. We lived it and got through it on one level or another, and some of us, unfortunately we havent.

I’m a firefighter and this song is absolutely amazing. I showed this song to my department and during our year end review video it was played. I listen to it after every bad call I go on and it helps calm me down
Brian May is certainly appreciative of the job you do and even more so now due to the fact that two days ago there was a raging fire on the golf course that adjoins his property and home in Surrey, and the firemen were able to get the fire under control before Brian's and other homes were burned. Thank you and all firefighters for all of the life-saving work you do.

As a fellow firefighter from New York, i agree 100%. Chief sent this out in an email video to show us how many people really view us. It really gives our department the boost it needs. This song is one of the best commemorative and honoring songs ive ever heard. I listened to it after a structure fire that killed one of my best friends. I hope you stay safe out there, we need to especially right now.
