So very sad what you've been through, in your life..I'm sick of the judgemental people in an out of the church...whether they are at a bad stage in their own life, maybe that's true, maybe we need them to strengthen us, as in Jesus day, maybe its a sign of the times... I'm so glad you are making us all aware of how other members can treat us or perceive what they may be thinking. Words can hurt, I know...I've had that a few times from a few members, not at all to your extent but one person made me leave the church at one time, for 3-4 years... (plus a few other bad decisions I made along the way)...The person who offended me was quite brutally harsh with me, but I ended up in a relationship, then eventually my girlfriend at the time, left me, because I was thinking of going back to church and missed it. So I called the stake president to find out how I can go back to church, my partner heard the phone call, (as I had it on speaker) and she immediately thought I was going 'born again Christian, and left me overnight... So I prayed and asked God, about what I needed to do and asked specifically for his help to help me fix each situation, if any... That night the Lord warned me that night in a dream about people I had offended myself...And he told me through the Holy Ghost about 6 people I needed to apologise to. The next day he presented 4 of those people to me as I drove around town... The first was easy the next 3 were much harder and the last one I nearly wanted to walk away, but went up and tapped him on the shoulder...resolved them all with Gods help.. So I went about being a good member missionary, praying for missionary experiences...and got them with meeting less-active members, told them my experiences and they started coming back to church with me... Then the shock came!! The new member class, I walked in and the man teaching was the man who originally offended me...As an introduction he said..." look at Brad...throughout his life he has done a multitude of sins, and he looked at me, and went on, "but all those sins have been washed away because of you all being here today" He was the last one I had to get past, I had forgiven him...Funny, when I left the church 3-4years before, I was 1st Councillor in young men's, when I came back, God gave the same calling back to me, to finish the calling I had started...
Al, you came to uplift your sisters and brothers throughout this world. You mean a lot to all of us. You are beautiful and a sunshine on our path. God has really a plan for you and the rest of us.

Sister Carraway I absolutely love you as a sister of God. All the things the adversary has put you through to keep you from God's work and I am proud of you for overcoming.

I am reminded of Phillipians 3:8-12, when I listen to your experiences. You are a tenacious warrior 17:47 of His love ❤️ I so understand. I wish I could meet you, just to be in the same room at the same table with a sister who understands the truth of our redemption. 😊 God bless you! Suffering is the vessel which holds the perfume of true beauty and faith!

I just finished listening to this! I really needed to hear this! thank you so much for sharing your testimony and encouraging words about the Savior🙏💕😊
I love how your mind turned to the Savior in your "Silent Saturday". As I listened to this video, my mind turned to Nephi's psalm in 2 Nephi chapter 4. "I know in whom I have trusted." (v. 19) God bless you and your family. Prayers.
I wrote an opera doing a compare and contrast of Passover week between Christ and His disciples, and a Jewish family in Jerusalem. As I approached dealing with the Garden of Gethsemane, how to present the angel of comfort. One morning I awoke with these words in my mind: "My son, peace be unto thy soul. Thine adversities and thine afflictions shall be but a small moment; and then, if thou endure it well, God shall exhale thee; thou shalt triumph over all thy foes." The words of comfort given to Joseph in Liberty Jail would be the same as He would sustain Christ in the opening stages of the act of atonement. And are words to comfort and sustain us in our repentance.
I just found your videos a few days ago. You are awesome. I feel for you losing all your research but you just testified that you studied the new testament more than most people ever will! That is a blessing in itself. You could never have just spoken about the Savior like that without knowing him through your research and study. You book might have come at a cost but you personally were rewarded in a way that you will understand . I think you already do.
@@LatterDaily Seriously, you are exactly what this world needs right now. Keep the faith! I'm a little bummed someone beat out my son in marrying you. Lol! Have a great day!
Al one day maybe you and I can compare notes. You will know I can relate. You are such an inspiration. Im fixing to do a recording of RETURN TO THE GARDEN OF EDEN GOD WILL MAKE US IMMORTAL. When I was writing YOUR TRUE IDENTITY there were 4 attempts on my life. The design and color of your house is so cool. That color is perfect
You are so quintessentially Irish Catholic your looks, your mannerisms, the cadence of your speech; but most importantly your theology. I’m utterly baffled. What you are saying here is beautiful, true, inspirational and thoroughly Catholic. It is completely at odds with even the basics of Mormon theology let alone the more nuanced stuff. I’m scratching my head trying to understand what’s going on with you.
Al Carraway is a beautiful convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She has a strong background of multicultural beliefs and an powerful relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ. You can learn more about here here: www.alcarraway.com/about
There is nothing to be confused about 😊 Jesus Christ himself told everybody to learn of him and that if we love him we keep his commandments. That transcends any form of denomination because we are all Christians.
I'm confused by your comment. Everything she said aligns 100% with the doctrines of the LDS (Mormon) faith. Maybe you can point out what she said that doesn't?
Living Water His very Presence lifts me up And fills the empty cup I bear. So that my tears, even, come out singing, And my walking is more like winging, As I anticipate that He should care to wait there by the well. And looking down into that living water, I see among the stars - eternal daughter Of the boundless Love that dwells Deep within soul-sweet wells. And sinking in the Water’s surge At last my soul will merge Into that universal stream of Being - that great sea of God I am seeing - ‘Til the waters in me mingle And our life and Living become single In that swirling crystal shine When I become full aware that God’s Love is mine!
I'm beyond glad she came out with the book. It's so good!
