@@schwuppdiewupp7 while I’m watching manual reviews I get excited, wanting to drive it next!! Looks like so much fun... while watching any reviews with the automatic, the driving looks like such a dull, lifeless experience and makes me not even care about the car.

@@zipx1410 I appreciate this one more than I would a manual e46. A manual e46 is common, but in today’s age there aren’t a lot of good sports cars that still come in manual. I gotta appreciate them while they still make em.
@@LegendInThaMakin with double glazed windows and and the low cabin noise I really don‘t think this fits anymore. The serenity and the manual gearbox together makes zero sense IMO.

@@junkersju87stuka94 I think it’s better to get automatic with paddle shifters on the steering wheel because I don’t think you’ll always want to drive with real manual, especially in the city with much traffic.

@@Howie_Dewitt. are you using internet explorer? it isn't that much heavier than the F80, many reviewers etc. already proved that. The F80 with OPF was only around 90kg lighter

@@papa_pt considering that the G80 also gained 60hp it's not that much🤷🏼♂️ Everyone whp drove that car says it's way better than the F80 and you really don't feel any of the weight increase

Kudos to BMW for still offering a manual transmission in there M car unlike mercedes with there amg lineup this car looks really fun to drive with a manual and I'm sure that shifter feels really nice smooth and slick to shift in to every slot
I hate people when they say manual is so much slower than the dct shit and that.
As u can see manual is a tiny bit slower than the porsches pdk transmission. May be an American think to say that manual are much slower. 😂😂

This one really got into me more than an f82 m4 manual..
I think this is sheer driving pleasure and reminds me of older bmws like a e36 m3 but with more hp and new technologies, also the interior looks spectacular 👌🏻

Hey Mr. Driver I would like to suggest that you do "How to shift gears like a PRO" video, you do it so smooth it feels like the car trust you
I remember back when the M140i with its 340 hp 3.0 i6 was considered great. Now we get 140 hp more out of what is essentially more or less the same engine.
B58 vs S58 are pretty different.
@@carboydorifutoparty3976 Are they? They both have the same amount of cylinders, the same displacement, the same cylinder orientation, the only differences I can see are the second turbocharger and maybe a different software. I'm probably missing something, givenyour response.
@@SebTsch I've heard theyre pretty different. S58 has a way lower compression ratio,some differences in bore or stroke(have to relook),and some other things that you can't really swap heads on back to back on either or B58 or S58 since they're designed differently.
