Nagi is one of the best but also one of the worst player you can have as a teammate in Blue Lock. It happened before in Team Z vs Team V and it happened again in this mach to, his team was winning and have the advantage but for some reason he just walk up to the enemy and talk no jutsu bullshit to them giving them a Zenkai boost and ended up costing him the match
honestly, wouldn't say that is a bad thing. Making your opponents stronger is also part of competition, you don't want your rivals to fall too far behind.
Is Isagi gonna lose a lot until the Under 20 Japan Match?? If so then the anime director for part 2 is gonna need be on point with every scene. But i feel Blue Lock has a lot of side characters that are pure epic unlike most Sports anime. But still... losing and character growth isnt as successful than winning and character growth. in anime terms anyway
i suppose the only "real" loss he faced was his first match against Rin. He got completely destroyed. He only lost this match was only because of the decisive element of "luck" , which he used in his u-20 match
