The property tax rate (2022) for the Rose Tree Media school disctrict is $17.72 per Mil. (this is county, township, and school district combined). A 'mil' is per thousand dollars of assessed (not appraised) value. For example, a property with an assessed value of $300,000 would have 300 mils. The property taxes would be 300 x 17.72 = $5,316 per year.
