Dude, hear me, the egg yolk advice just saved me. I kept having this frequent urination thing during at night for almost a year and then when I followed his advice it worked and I can sleep at night without having to take a piss when I am about to shutdown. I am on my 5th day now

Tahir reminds me of a sort of uncle I was fortunate enough to know growing up. Even though sometimes he may not quite know what he's talking about, he speaks with such confidence and charisma that you trust him wholeheartedly. These uncles were usually the children's favorite and always told the BEST stories because of their passion and creativity. I'm a grown man now but when listening to Tahir I feel like a child learning carefully as an elder explains the world to me. :)
As my grandfather used to say in moments like that: "I only make up true stuff!" I use that line now with my students!

@@aydenpotts7019 they are all Pakistani. It is easy to confuse the two as there are similarities between them considering they were both 1 country before. These men are speaking punjabi which is also spoken within the punjab region of India. The clothing is called shalwar kameez, also worn by many in India. The way of life for these men will be similarly matched to men who live in villages in India. The biggest difference being that all these men are Muslims as is the majority of Pakistan with a minority of Christians and Sikhs where as India has alot more religions and the majority of people I think are Hindu but don't quote me on that. In the punjab region many are Sikhs and Muslims. Punjab is a vast province covering much of Pakistan and India and is separated by a borderline of the two countries, there are differences of religion but the culture is widely the same.

Dr Tahir is one of the only people I've seen who knows how to brew the tea properly... then he goes and dips his hash brown in it haha.
When I was in college living in the dormitory and eating in the dining hall one of my friends showed me how to use the spoon to do much the same thing with the string on the teabag so it wouldn't drip all over.

Watching them is like watching my grandparents. They're full of curiosity and are innocent about modern technology & foods from other countries. When they love it, they'll show their appreciation with their whole face & body, and when they don't like it, they'll just respectfully reject without saying anything bad about it. They will show their appreciation because they are able to try something new.

Tahir’s method of squeezing the excess liquid from the teabag is quite clever. If I wasn’t so sensitive to temperature I’d start doing it myself. Will have to let my husband know of this method as we have a collection of different teas we like.

The reason its called "breakfast" is because when you just wake up you are technically fasting, until you eat breakfast and because it is the first thing you eat, by eating it you are breaking your fast

We do give food lots of flavor with no regard to health lol. No other country can claim deep fried butter, or the cheeseburger with 2 donuts as buns, or candied bacon....all of those are crazy over the top foods that no mortal should eat, and yet they are undoubtedly very flavorful

@@Boredchinchilla I live in the U.S but those things are just gimmicks to me. American food to me is what all the families brought with them when they came here, because only Native Americans are from here. That is why we have some of the most diverse restaurants of any country that I have been to.

In Pakistan people usually eat salan so they use the bread (roti) to dip or scoop it up, it’s like a spoon.

I always stack it and sometimes put the hash brown on as well. When he started stacking it I was like, “mmmhmm, that’s how it’s done!”

They can't have this same breakfast for 3 consecutive days. Try some day parantha, omelette and chai for breakfast, that will make you appreciate the complex flavours and diversity in food
