my brain just snapped, i have been making music in audacity and musescore3 for years now, never have i tried one of these programs yet! thank you now i'm gonna get an FL alternative and have some fun composing touhou music! :D
Edit: it's been a year already since this attempt lol, still this goes hard, my "arrangement" not so much...
i actually made something decent after like 2 hours that sounds kinda like touhou! it isn't much yet (just a piano and drums) but i already like it a lot!
update: i am still trying buy it's not really working out for me. my headset recently died (cable snapped) and now i use a bluetooth headset and the delay is making it really hard. but i will keep trying!

Honestly it… actually manages to sound good! Although admittedly, in your pursuit of making touhou sounding music i felt that some bits were similar to actual osts but not to the point of lacking originality. As in i could tell where you took inspiration from for some of the parts. Except the bits that obviously sounded like kids festival innocent treasures. But honestly its super well done, arranging music is incredibly mind boggling to me and looking at all the tracks needed to make this convinced me that its no easy task AT ALL. Overall its very epic!! I want to see what you can make if you tried making an original ost, perhaps touhou style (with the known 2hu instruments) but not necessarily a “touhou” song! (By including other inspirations and songs/music that you enjoy that might not be touhou related) Ill be very interested to see what you could create like that! Youre super talented so keep it up!! Grats, you earned a sub ٩(˃̶͈̀௰˂̶͈́)و

And great instrument choice!! Even for the kids festival parts i really liked how they sounded. They sound like a damn good arrangement of the original, like i could enjoy it on its own. A lot of great improvisation to make the music flow. Even though this song has many parts that sounds like something youve listened to before, like 1:00 (it reminds me of the venerable suwa foughten field or some SA theme) or like 0:00 sounding like a voyage something song, its very enjoyable to listen to. Like you’re getting a bite of everything (ZUN’s music style across different games) Again, if this was an arrangement, it’s already an awesome one. But because it isnt, it’s even cooler. The epic levels are on Chernobyl level…

BRO THIS IS ACTUALLY AWESOME!! I sorta smells the Touhou 8 music arrangement in this video and it sends me chills. And also the quiet sorrowful piano solo, that's like a very good new try for Zun's arrangement. Good attempt! You deserve more views!

Hey that's a great theme! The start ( 0:14 ) looks a bit love colored master spark (at least for me xp) and the climax is kids festival innocent teasures, not saying its bad or something, still good and i like how the music progress (damn that zunpet part give me shivers), it would be a good theme when you fight against rinnosuke or maribel and renko since people see to conect kids festival to them
