    Halfway? I swear that 9 out of 10 men I've met lately were like..."I'd like to meet you. When are you coming to my city, on your time and dime?" Boy, bye.

    I've been told by a man that men aren't really hunters, but women are the hunters! That was a huge red flag, but I didn't think anything of it because he seemed masculine. There were some other flags like this too.

    It’s really eery how it’s as if you are fortune telling me about my past! When I was a bit more naive and new to the dating scene, a man I connected with online pitched the “meet halfway” (HE mentioned it 3 separate times and really put emphasis on it) then said he would pick a spot for coffee - I agreed. We told each other which neighborhoods we lived in so we both knew where a halfway mark would be. Lo and behold, he texted me a name and address to a coffee bar TWO BLOCKS away from where he lived. When I called him out on it, (and you nailed it, Chengi!) he made an excuse about how he needed to be back home within 2 hours for some reason or another which was why he picked that cafe….BLAH BLAH BLAH. The pure audacity of this guy to suggest how we should meet halfway yet HE picks a spot just 2 blocks away from him! From that point on, if a man even suggests “meeting halfway” I’m gone! Boy bye.

    I attract a lot of feminine men and i hate it. They see someone who is goal oriented and assume i want to take care of them.
    I am scratching my head how I can apply this knowledge from your videos where i live (the Netherlands). A lot of men expect that women pay for themselves on dates (unless you are stunningly beautiful). Well-educated men don't expect to be the sole breadwinner but desire a woman who works as well. Since the 80s, the government has been pushing their plan that women should be able to provide for themselves and men expect that women contribute financially to the marriage (which is in decline here. a lot of people live together without getting married ever).

      This is a cultural issue indeed. Ultimately the man that wants you will perform to the standards if they a of high value to you.

    My husband is extreme feminine it makes me sick and it makes him look so unattractive. He wants me to praise him for paying the rent car note and buying take out, he will stay up all night doing whatever the sleep all day and if I leave to run errands he will blame me for him not being able to do what he needed to do🤷🏾‍♀️because I wasn’t home watching him sleep only good thing he pays the rent and car note and takes car to the car wash and yes we have three kids it’s so depressing to be around him because he always needs someone to rub his back and ask him if he’s ok wft I can’t even get sick because he’ll try to make me feel bad for sleeping in and he has to take care of our 3 yr son which isn’t hard but when he’s sick or he drinks too much and has a hang over he sleeps all day

    Another spot on video. You are absolutely correct in your assertion that masculine energy women will (they are the controlling, overbearing, bossy ones full of attitude) ultimately end up disrespecting feminine men because I know a few couples (all of which the woman are the bread winners) and it’s no coincidence all the wives disrespect their husbands. I’m sure there are couples whom the wives out earn their husbands and there is an equal level of respect however, it’s simply what I’ve noticed in my personal experience. I also love that you use the term ‘masculine’ because I never liked the term ‘alpha’ as it has more of a negative association and it invokes feelings of “toxicity”. Also, you are right on about how masculine men may not say much but they all DO, it’s in their actions.

    I've heard "let's meet halfway". And I knew he was feminine as well. As a matter of fact I don't mind that much, as I tend to shift from masculine to feminine, but I'm not sure if he will be matching those shifts. I don't know and it scares me.

      It takes some time to truly see the leaning of a man so I would go for a first date to at least work out the other pieces before discounting him completely ❤️🌸

    • @smores8982
      @smores8982 2 роки тому

      I’ve had that happen twice too, the moment I hear that, I put a full stop on continuing the communication. Asking to “meet halfway” really shows that he isn’t even willing to come to you for the date and makes me think he’s also going to be a “halfway” man when it comes to everything else. Also, these are men who live no more than 6 miles from me, in fact, we aren’t even separated by a river and yet, he can’t go the “extra mile”. Very unattractive. Meanwhile there are men who are willing to travel cross country or drive 2 hours just to meet someone. Girl, go find yourself that kind of man!

    OMG I was about to date a guy like that> I take part of responsability because I was into masculine women mode, chasing him hard. Since he was my neighbour I saw that girls would come first to him and then he enter in relationship with them. OMG he even had the adaucity to ask me to come to him home and lived in the building in front of mine( I feel ashemed). Wow I must have been fully in my masculine to be interested in someone like him.

    Chengi, can you please make a video about online dating? I’ve heard from other feminine dating coaches that coffee and drinks is alright because it gives you an out if the date isn’t going well. Greta is one of my favorite coaches and she says she accepts coffee and drinks if she is meeting the man from a dating app. That way if it’s not going well, she can leave in 30 minutes. Please advise!

    • @blackswanrelationshipacademy
      @blackswanrelationshipacademy  3 роки тому +5

      Absolutely! There are no hard and fast rules and every coach has their own system. It’s important that you follow the system of your coach and try not to mix and match as the follow up processes are different. In Black Swan Nation we have a set of protocols we carry out before dates and tier systems we measure dates and levels of dating and the nuances are quite complex but I will do my best to do a video that can help you.❤️❤️❤️

    If the man messaged first on the online dating app and then give you his number, should you call? Or should you exchange numbers and allow him to call first?

    • @KaydeeErryern
      @KaydeeErryern 3 роки тому +13

      I may be wrong but I believe that a man who is quick to give you his number is not serious. He most likely is also quick to give other women his number as well which probably means that he is looking for a good time.
      The gentlemanly thing to do would have been for him to get to know you and then ask for your number shortly followed by him asking you out on a date.

      @@p_tiffanii we were messaging back and forth, then he gave me his number. I realized I didn’t have a profile bio and told him that “I’m dating with purpose” and “I’m a relationship type of girl”. I did leave my number. But next time I will not leave my number if the guy doesn’t ask for it. Oh and I didn’t call him because I figured he was positioning me to be the pursuer. Thanks!!!
