I can’t even play it that good on my Jackson.😂🎸🎸🎸🎸 The lad indeed has it nailed. I think the entire thing has a nice bop to it. That’s a pretty cool rhythm going on the drums there as well.
I've seen a thousand covers of Cliffs of Dover and this is by far the best!!! Surprised it doesn't have more views.. most of the ones on UA-cam have 100.000+ views and it's just some guy sitting in front of his computer showing his hundredth take after he speeds up the video a bit.
The audacity ..... the belief n then the fucking conviction play this classic..... truly fucking awesome..... EJ would be Proud 🎉❤... n perhaps by a mandolin asap.....😅
Initially, I thought that this was further evidence that Scotland really is going through some kind of national crisis....and then I read that this was Michigan.
Why would you just assume that? You think people go to live shows not understanding or being able to appreciate what they seeing? I'd bet that people who take the effort to see someone play it live knows more about the music than someone watching from behind a screen
Someone needs to show this to Eric Johnson...
When it appeared, I thought it was a different song with the same title. It's the VERY SAME one and must be loved.
Dude is SHREDDING the mandolin on one of the masters. Just bonkers.
This makes me want to embark on a quest with my 3 most trustworthy lads to protect the weak from the evil strong all across the land
This is EFFING AWESOME! Thank you for putting a big smile on my face and in my heart today!
EXACTLY!!!
So awesome

Amazing how well this works. Great job.👏
Holy crap, man. I play guitar, and own a mandolin, and I would have sworn this was virtually impossible. Well done.
Saw them live last night in Ann Arbor. He absolutely killed it again.
Just when you think youve seen everything
One of the coolest things I’ve seen on UA-cam. And I’m on UA-cam a lot!

Proof there just might be a multiverse.
15th century glam rock
Love it. I've never been able to play the actual song, but I just grabbed my guitalele and jammed along.

He just did it bro
I like the cliff of Dover. Is good !
They're also great for jumping off of.
The melody seems to match this style better than the original - absolutely brilliant
Thinking the same thing. Maybe EJ named it Cliffs of Dover because he wrote it to be an old British Renaissance folk tune.
F''n genius.
Dude…felt like im in Ireland…slayed it!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I actually am in Ireland I can guarantee that if I walk down the street I will not see a single person in a leather kilt.
