Just a cool compilation of my favorite moments from Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate for Switch. Hope you enjoy and feel free to leave a comment, as this is my first video.

I remember one time I was hunting a Najarala in 4U with a gunlance and I had knocked it down. As I’m whaling on its head it while it’s on the ground, I turn around to face its hind legs and charge my wyvernfire. Once it finishes its get up animation, the wyvern fire goes off, killing it. What made it so epic for me is that Naja’s death animation is it flipping backwards like it’s been blown back.
@@joemama2761 It was you actually! The impact phials can stun monsters when they blow up on their heads, so when you hit the Rathian on the head, and when it went airborne, the phials exploded, stunning it mid-air.
To this day I am still mad at myself for forgeting to move over all my save file's from my 3ds to my computer before transfering every thing to a my new DS deliting my 400 hours Generations save file and having to start over from the begining rather then transfering over my character to GU, a misstake that almost made me stop playing Monster hunter, and made it so that I didn't pick up GU untill it got on 75% sale on the E-Shop, the weekend after they released the trailer for Iceborn and that pissed me of even more 🤣😭
So whens the next comp? Or even a mhworld comp? I saw in a reply you made that these were your early hunter moments where are the master hunter moments? I need the character development!
I am in the process of another comp. I'm learning to use more advanced video editing as well. As far as MHW goes, I do not own it. I only play switch and my PC (for the moment) is not powerful enough. This next comp will include my 100+ hour playtime. I am currently sitting at 200+ hours and have some more clips. Thanks for the enthusiasm and keep posted to see when I upload the next one.
@@joemama2761 and that's the only thing it's good for, take it from me... He who was crazy enough to fully upgrade every insect glaive (even the bad ones). The Plesioth Harpoon has Blue Sharpness when you're done
These were some cool early gameplay moments of mine, the sequel video ups the quality of clips a bit. Also keep in mind 90% of my clips are in G-rank, so they are harder to come by
Which one? The guard points? Those are a slightly hidden mechanic with the weapon. Whenever your weapon's shield is presented in front of the hunter (besides idle animation) there are a few seconds where one of these counters can occur
I don’t get a lot of these “epic moments”. Majority of them has nothing happening? Lamest one is probably 4:53…you shielded a few hits and…? Basically the same thing as countering with LS…or adept players clicking b to dodge

You know when the hunter dosent bother to move from a charging monster that something awesome is about to happen

The awsome moment is a sign saying "You Fainted" So cool!!
MHGU would be Monster Hunter as an anime with how flashy it is.
For reals tho! It's the odd egg out of all the MH games and we still love it

Understand your post I cannot... but I mainly use adept in every weapon style. However, I was doing a lot of valor at the time of these recordings.

I use a few, my main CB is the final form of the base weapon, the petrified strongarm
