So beautiful 🥰
It is quite amazing, this one, right?
I have what looks like an overabundance of the little twigs and I noticed in a previous comment that those are flowers. Do these need trimmed off over time? My turtle looks like he's having a crazy hair day :)
Lucky you to have a “crazy hair” pot..
Yes, the little twigs are the flowers. We
like trimming the flowers because we do not wantbthe plant to put energy on blooming instead of leaf growth.
Also when the flowers die eventually, they tend to dry on top of the turtles which makes
it a bit messy-looking.. 🙂
What's the long spikes at the tip end of the stems?
Hi there, you might have seen some flowers. The flowers of the SoT looks like tiny long sticks. =)
Had my string of turtles about 6 months now leaves are white what am I doing wrong and leaves falling off help please
Hi Amanda, whitish or yellow leaves or translucent leaves are indication of overwatering.
You can save them by giving less water or more infrequent or even pull up the soil ball from pot to try to dry it (in case soil is too wet)
When same happened to me, I find that I have to adjust my watering with the season.
Good luck! 😍
