I suggest making mico bubble generator whose bubbles stay in water far longer and does a far better job than simple air stones. And all it takes is a simple modification. Insert an air stone into a pipe that's just a little bigger and pump water through the pipe. Water speeds up as it passes over the air stone and rips very small sized bubbles off. You can get even better results with a hollowed out graphite cylinder as its pores are much smaller and the ventury effect tends to pull more air with common air stones which limits how small the bubbles can get. A hollowed out graphite cylinder inside a pipe with water pumped through the pipe makes a great nano sized bubble generator whose bubbles stay suspended seemingly forever, helping ensure maximum gas absorption.
If you add a 12v led acid battery with a MPPT charge controller, the battery can keep the air pump running all day and all night, assuming the solar pannel gets enough solar energy.

The wind will deliver a lot more air and at higher pressure so you could store the excess in a tank for calm days :)
