The design looks so good how the original artists drew it with brighter colours, a pop of orange on the bottom of the shoes and more of a charcoal colour than black….but then different artists drew this darker version and kind of butchered it
I mean, I kinda get what they were trying to do by giving it a rubber overlay..... but honestly they probably should have just given him the Ben Reilly Scarlet Spider treatment. Just make the body solid and give him an ab crunch and waist swivel

I feel like they could’ve put a double joint to the elbows. The Red Skull/Molecule Man figures have baggy sleeves with double joints that don’t look bad.
All im thinking is when are we going to get a Mangaverse Spiderman, with the new sculpt for the shoes on this one and the ultimate body or a new teen plain body all they need to do is paint the rest, sculpt new hands with the gloves and add in overlay glove cuffs, easy figure for hasbro
Miles actually fought with Ben Reilly in that beyond Corp comic run in that suit so all 3 of the ones from this wave are recent

I like this version. He’s only missing headphones and I wish the sweater was a hoodie Instead with black and red shoes
I feel like I’m the only one who loves this design. It’s so cool. Disappointed with the articulation though.
These legs could be reused on a Mangaverse Spider-Man.
i did a review on the figure and this is my favorite miles figure so far and the suit is a 10th anniversary on september 9th i the article say in 2021 and try using the across the spider verse head and its not the sweater not letting the legs go further it's the actual sculpt
they should of done an over lay like the gwen stacey jumper and have the articulation over the top

@@ChloeRobinson-or4jc soft goods or cloth itself, you see how a few months ago they released the new retro Beast and he wears a robe made of cloth that looks excellent on him, hasbro really has to invest more in that and more considering that prices have gone up.

Just lile Miles does in the storyline unfortunately that sweatshirt leaves you with not too many options for posing .

I can see this suit being for cold winter New York days. I think the neck collar is too much.
Wish that they did the sweater less version, just so customizers can put a cloth goods sweater on him and it’d look better
I would love to see the reuse of the legs for other characters like mangaverse Spider-Man or any shorter character with unique feet or shoes.
Man if you can take his coat off, it'd be sick. He looks a lot better out of the packaging than in it. Wish he came with additional accessories. I sound like a broken record but it's ridiculous. $25+ for a figures with one extra set of shit hands. They all do it other than the premium figures. McFarlane is just as bad if not worse.
Back to the figure - I really like him but have no idea where this look is from...

I loathe the sweatshirt design.I don't think it worked in the comic. For me it's a bad attempt at trying to make Milles more urban.
Actually looking at the concept art, I would have loved the sweat shirtless version.
It could work for action figures but as you said, Hasbro doesn't use the materials needed to make it work.
If the torso can't articulate then just make a statue. I think think they could have added an ab crunch if they weren't going to go with a softer material.
Also I know he's a teen but I feel Miles is a bigger guy at this point but it might be artist dependent.

Chasm should have been on the same body as Ben and between them there should have been at least one unmasked Ben Reilly head.
It's a wave that doesn't have bad characters selections but Hasbro made it a bit budgeted in the bodies used.

How do youtubers that collect not know where the designs are from? If you dont read the comics, why collect the figures? They gave miles that design right after covid. Hense the $tupid double mask.
I've been getting into Marvel Legends (just for the Spidey stuff) and searching for the best representation of Miles. This is not it. I'm guessing the Across the Spider-Verse version is probably the best we'll get.

I hated this look in comic. So as I look at in figure form, my dislike for it didn't change. Rather Hasbro give me weapon x dead pool costume are, battle damage Miles Morales original costume.
