Im surprised your channel isn't growing faster . I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing 👍👍
whatever i don't mind. Thanks for watching!
@@bassntroutfishing keep doing it brother, you will make it👍👍
I dunno man if I had almost 33,000 subscribers I'd be pretty stoked.
Thank you for another Fly Fishing video. Enjoying all your videos!!!
Thanks for watching!
That bigger male brook was pretty. 2lbs at least.
Nothing wrong with getting outdoors when you're feeling funky. I'd even say it helps to get some sunshine and clean mountain air.
Didn't want to over estimate but yeah it was a toad.
My favorite channel on fishing. Thank you for all the great videos
New to your blog, and I’m loving it ! Keep it coming man .I love trout fishing and camping in the mountains.😊
At 45:30his fish, senses kicked in😂
yep they did
What a beautiful Lake !!! Nice Brook Trout! Keep on Fishing! Love the Vids 🎣🎣🎣
Thanks! Will do!
U should get a tent for the bed of ur truck , i got one , its so nice not sleeping in the truck or on the ground , and bro if u want crispy hash browns u have to throw butter in the pan first not water , let them go like 3 min then flip them , they will get crispy , then pull them out and cook ur fish , ur steaming everything with all that water , great catches and awesome video , that brookie was a tank
Thanks for the tips man! The tent that I usually use is missing all the poles.. no idea where they went but the back of the truck will have to do for now.
Lots to deal with life but hoping to get out soon. Good to watch your adventures to get me going.
Glad you enjoy the videos in the mean time!
Camp, fishing, cook luar biasa sir thanks 🙏🙏 from Indonesian 🇮🇩
Eating mushrooms unless you know exactly what they are is very dangerous! ❤. My advice is, unless you know for sure, don’t risk it. You could easily wind up dead! Great video! Thank you so much!
Great video! Those Brookies were beautiful and those Tigers…..insane. I like how those fish jump across the water. You really do catch some quality fish.
Thanks im glad you enjoyed!
Have you ever thought about going Pike or Muskie fishing? It would be a fun video to watch
Lol funny you mention that. Just landed my first tiny Muskie 2 days ago while trout fishing😅
@@bassntroutfishing awesome dude
Great video loved the whole fishing and camping
love your videos and the areas you fish!
Thanks for the video so me 30 years ago.
Glad your are feeling better! I can't believe the size of those Brookies! Nice video Brother!
Thanks for watching man!
Love the creek fishing videos!! Am a spinning rod fisherman, enjoy the your videos!!
More creek fishing vids this winter, until then mountain lakes all the way!
Great video! The trout and spuds reminds me of Firebox Stove's Steve who does the same thing.
Luv the catch n cook vids man...get well soon...better stock up on the cold meds...rumor has it they are takin all the good cold meds off the shelves
Thanks for watching!
Another great video. Thanks and keep it up.
Thanks for watching!
Speedy recovery 🙏🏽 ❤
thanks!
Great adventure as always bud, hope you're feeling better soon
Thanks for watching!
Another great video!! Great job with the fly rod! Hope you’re feeling better soon!!
If you want your hash browns crispy you need to pour boiling water into the carton let it soak for 12 minutes then put it in a hot skillet with butter and that will make them crispy!
huh. ill have to try that next time. i havent tried just pouring the water in the carton. Thanks for watching barbara!
Nice lake and beauty trout thank you for the video
glad you enjoyed!
dude! so much courage to go out and fish instead of lying down. Hope you feel better soon. For your next cook, what if you cook the potatoes to a crisp first, once they're where you want them push them to the side and fry the fish in butter?🐟
Yeah i might try that next time!
Love all your videos but this one was especially good. Thanks
I appreciate that!
Love the videos keep up the great work
Thanks for watching!
Big ol' mouth breather brookie. That was solid. If you can find a lake that has some big Tri Tips in it, that Santa Maria seasoning will be the ticket.
Yeah i know a few spots..
Absolute great video!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Those Brook Trout are hugee. Nice Tiger Trout too!
Thanks!
Definitely enjoying the longer format videos dude. Keep'em coming. Cheers!! 🤙🏻
Edit: Roll casts locked in!! Nice!!!
Because their firebox stove ace so many you tubers
Thanks man!
Awesome video
Just stumbled across your channel. Great stuff. Lovely looking brook trout.
You have a new subscriber
Thanks!
great video, great channel
I've been wanting to get into mushroom hunting and I think I'm going to get a mushroom book for my region of West Virginia to learn the edible ones.
I need one of those for here!
looks like fun i need to get down that way soon
N o man best yet thanks I really love it 😊
Thanks for watching!
Great video!!!! That looks so fun, I have a small lake near my house and I thought of using an indicator with a small tan or olive scuds. I used power worms with a drop shot rig and it was money!!! But all the rainbows I caught and kept were full of little fresh water snails. We have Dolly Varden in Alaska that are cousins of the Brooke trout and we can catch them in creeks this time of year and they look a lot like those Brookies you are catching. This time of year they are getting ready to spawn, they usually are chrome with tan back and light pink spots. I am surprised you didn’t try tube jigs there. Great video!!!
first thing i thought when i landed that fish was it looked just like a dolly varden😂 Thanks for watching man!
Wonderful video! Enjoy your youth while you have it before you are like me.....64 and in constant pain.....wishing so much I could be with you.
This is too awesome! 😊
Thanks!
Glad i stumbled across your channel! Great videos dawg keep posting youll grow forsure 💯 👌
Appreciate that! More to come!
Sweet video dude, I love all of your videos so much, Your my idol
Awesome buddy! Im glad you like them!!
That Brookie at +/- 14:30 is the biggest Brookie I've ever seen.
Well done mate 👏👏👏
Thanks!
Hit Cliff Lake in the Uintas this weekend and it was garbage fishing.. only had a Tiger Trout in 6 hours using a fly rod and spinning rod. Glad to see someone making it happen, and happy to see this lake is not so pressured
yeah theres a lot of that going around. the last two weeks i went to 4 lakes that i think totally winter killed. I saw a couple fingerlings at two of them and salamanders at the other. They said the winter kill wasn't as bad as expected but i think they're lying..
@@bassntroutfishing I think you’re right! The winter kill was bad for a lot of the alpine lakes
Good video🥰
Great video.
Thanks!
Nice job on the hand wetting before grabbing the trout. You can teach a young dawg new tricks. Tight lines!
Thanks for watching!
Really cool video!! Subscribed.
Thanks for the sub!
Hope you feeling better soon 🤒🫶🏽🙏🏾💙🫶🏽
Been real stressed lately over work and your videos got me relaxed and chilling. Waiting for Wednesday to go get some fishing in on my day off. I had a question about the fly rod you use. Could you link your fly rod setup please. Thank you again and keep up the good work hopefully you feel better soon!
good luck man! Glad you enjoy the videos! The rod I usually use is linked in all my other fly fishing videos. this one isnt a combo and i dont have a link for it. but the rod is a piscifun sword 9ft 5wt, and a cheeky reel.
His videos are so great for language learning 😂 lol
I subscribed to it :)
lol thanks for watching!
Devoted fisherman!!!
Got nothing better to do😂
😢dude rice a roni and trout (trout a roni) is a great camping combo. Hope to see you give it a try in another great video
W channel
🔥
I always find with a cold it’s better to be outside fresh air , away from the indoor bugs
you da man!
Thanks!
Great video, you should do a crawdads video. 🤙👍
Hopefully i will this fall. theres just a couple spots that even have them that i can think of.
Only thing i would think might might but I’m not 100% sure might be to not set the hook as hard with a fly pole cause the hook are smaller and it’s easier to pull it out of their mouth usually just tension will get them
Airtight hear me out. If the next video is a fly fishing video, I'm going to go out and get a fly fishing set up and start learning. Thanks for the video.
good luck! dont get discouraged to easily😂
Thanks for the two episodes I one, love the long videos. Try some colabs with other UA-camrs to try and help grow the channel. Maybe merch? You should have way more subscribers than you do
Yeah I want to get some high quality merch to sell. maybe this winter.
nice brookie - but every tine you touch or net one you remove the protective layer of slime which causes damage and I cant help but wonder how many died after being released
That bacon still looked raw 😮
I see that you got a new net
Way better than the other one.
💪💪💪💪Fiscing salmerini bellissimi
Next time if you get cold in the middle of the night go throw logs on the fire and pass out next to it parents would freak out looking for me and then laugh at me I’d wake up already dirty haha
That mushroom was a bolete of some kind I’m not exactly sure if it’s edible but for puffballs as long as it’s white all the way through and smooth you’re good. Any yellow or browning, any patterns on the inside or any gills then stay away
right on thanks for the info!
Hi! Love your videos! Is this spot in Idaho by any chance?
If you don’t mind me asking where do
you fish mostly, not like specifics but state or providence I’m curious?
VERY NICE PLACE FOR CAMPING and FISHING. !!!! CHEERS … MAYBE MUSHROOM PICKING VIDEO or OTHERS ??????
mushrooms, cactus, berries. lots of edible stuff around here if you know what your looking for. Id like to get a book and learn whats edible and whats not. But yeah id like to do videos like that!
I have that same plastic ware utensil set
Hello, ive been watching your vieos for a while now and ive been trying to fish with fly rod so im a newbie can you make a video of your fly setup. Thanks
Haha that’s a tout howler special better cheddar right there.
tasty stuff👌
Great video as always, good job,can anyone tell me what purpose of all those large bolders is,as apposed to just nature growth,to allow one to get to the bank safely??
That’s all natural
Clarified butter or oil for crispy hash brown, the milk in the butter will burn and make it soggy. I cook for a living.😉
thanks for the tips!
First
Are You aloud to say where the lake is, I love catching Brooks, With a Flyrod
"DUDE YOU"RE GONNA DIE!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!
A lot of bait dunkers cut the line leaving the hook in the fish. They think the hook dissolves quickly but thats not true.
Yeah, at least cut the line a little bit more instead of leaving a ton of line hanging out of their mouth.
❤️
🔥
A "little" butter 😅
If your trying to brown something in a pan don’t cover it. Covering it adds moisture
Rare 50 minute vid, time to eat an entire pizza while watching
Im gonna start making longer ones more regularly!
can you do a brown trout video
yep! I caught some at a creek the other day!
WHAT TROUT DO YOU LIKE MOST BROOKIE BROWN RAINBOW OR TIGER THANKS
couldnt pick one. I love catching them all!
Best hot dogs in the world!!!!!!!!
what stat is this guy fishing in
You’re not getting the spot man
I’m the same way. If I’m not on my deathbed, I’m more than likely gonna be out in nature.
yeah I cant sit inside. editing is torture.
What state was this in ?
🎣🎣🎣🎣👍👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!
32:14 Bread is white wheat, which is unhealthy. It should be whole wheat.
Bring back $0.74c pie reviews.
What state are you in ?
Definitely not looking to impose just out of curiosity
That big brook trout you were pumped about, looked much bigger than 2 pounds, closer to 3-4. Nice fatty though.
Yeah it was a chunk. you really gotta put in the time for those for sure..
Where are you from?
What state are you from
Western US
MORE CAMPING VIDEOS!
