I did DNB FAMILY MEDICINE after my mbbs, Roamed for 3 months after my passing pg for a job....Okka job kuda ledhu in govt hosp, medical colleges and private hospital.....
Felt very sad and pity after my pg.
Ideally Family physicians should me made incharges of PHC....
Later i started my own private practise and settled well , naku govt lo work cheyalani unde but there is no job for such a crucial branch....FAMILY MEDICINE is the most powerful branch which can change the society...

Family Physicians concept is fine. B. Sc (Medicine) First Aid Hospitals instead of many Super speciality and corporate hospitals in states to be encouraged. Preventive medicine and biomedical engineers department at every urban health centre. Non practice Allowance to govt doctors, prompt stipend payment, security provision,
Insurance facility, prompt recruitments will help them and thereby the patients. Thank you.

In the United states they think 20 years to increase one MBBS Seat. Government should have a balance between number of MBBS and PG seats. Not just increasing MBBS and private colleges to mint money.

MBBS course should be changed to 3-4 years attached with 2-3 years PG course. Who ever get good scores can take what ever pg course they want, and 50% o fthem should be trained in family medicine PG . Every body who enters MBBS should graduate with a PG course attached to it and all this should not take their entire life to complete the course. So every one is qualified well to practice and make a living.

పడుతున్నారు.. ఎక్కువ సమయం రోగులతో గడపడం వల్ల చిన్న వయస్సు లోనే టీబి లాంటి జబ్బులు కూడా వారికి సోకుతున్నాయి..
చివరగా..ఎన్ని మెడిసిన్ సీట్లు ఉంటే..అన్ని పీజీ సీట్లు.. ఉండి తీరాలి..మెడిసిన్ చదివేటప్పుడే..వారి మార్కులను బట్టి.. పీజీ
సీట్లు అలాట్ చేయాలి..ఆర్ ఎమ్ పి డాక్టర్ల బదులు.. పారా మెడికల్ స్టాఫ్ ను పెంచాలి..
డాక్టర్ లకు పెరిగిపోతున్న అభద్రతా భావం..పోవాలంటే..జనం కాస్త విషయ పరిజ్ఞానం

People should provide free electricity, free food, free house, free education for their children, free allowances.
Then not only me, many doctors will be ready to treat patient for free.
If not then how should they survive?
With that same logic, even engineers, lawyers etc should also provide free service to general public, hiring lawyers or building a house is also very expensive for a common man.

Everyone has to earn, eat food, earn for their family.
But most of the people, politicians, movie makers only think of Doctors when it comes to prices, half or less than that is charged by thr doctor in private hospitals Total bill.
Even a plumber thesedayscharges 300 rupees to change the tap (and I'm not saying that it is bad) and people want OPD charges to be 10 rupees.

I literally slept for one hr a day during internship.. during a few duties ..
Appeal to political party, some of the political parties won to capature the hearts of voters to rule state or Union governments with their leadership, but, they don't know or study the constitution of country as to what are amenities lacking to be provided to the people in the village and the cluster of habitations. As per the constitution of India, these amenities are compasurily to be provided i. e. Medicial hospital, education and availability of the essential commodadites with reasonable rates and they have been available to having purchasing capacity by the common man i. e. Daily wage labor and other amenities are so on. At present, the political leadership is totally failure received from the phemeonial circumstances. The public administration in govts failed to provide with the monthly salaries from the chief secretary to the common daily labour to have purchasing capacity since from the independence of the country. Insufficient earning is causing to see another way of income from the other sources, it may go to mend for corruption. The observation of political parties are lacking as to what are issues facing by the public. Now a days, the political sympathizers had become crore with in short time and they have no political science and economics qualities as to how safeguard society and the government administration. Resulting that the administration is lacking life security, total responsibility is throwing on their shoulder to bear it, they have dependents to feed with essential amenities with in the monthly earnings. The government administration and public must have coordination to help each other to weaker ones with their mean earings until the political people reliase their existence, otherwise, they will loose credibility among the voters. Such occasional revolution has to born in the minds of the government administration and public to confront the attitude of the political personalities. With service to society, it will benefit to future generation. People does not go into the political parties to root out power corruption giving an oppurnity to people to approach the government administration to get the needy help from the administration of government.
