Man - today was another stunning evening at 'Horsetail Fall' in Yosemite National Park. The light, especially towards the end was just incredible. Here is a time-lapse shot over 1 hour. Watch as the setting sun's rays light up the fall twice - the second one being the incredible red color I have seldom seen. Amazing!

Hi! You can go up the 4 mile trail too. I went up the cliffside, around 300 feet or so West of the 4 mile trailhead on Southside drive. It's very sketchy going up, so be warned. Once you go above the tree-line you will be able to see the falls clearly.

You captured the full experience- will it or won't it happen? It's only the last few minutes that will tell. Also, the absolute intense red only shows up for a minute or two at the very end. Sone people actually leave before it happens.
