Alright, I flew to Brittle Hallow, traveled all the way to the Hanging City, raised the Black Hole Station, traveled all the way back to my ship, flew to Ash Twin, warped back to Brittle Hallow, then... I jumped...

There is one more children's scroll in Level 1. You need to jump down the circular hole on top of one of the roofs to get it.

I think the Forge has been updated, it's way different now. The projection stone needs to be put on a stand outside

They did, same in my game. If you stand on that blue platform the stairs are on the right.

The area is different now, there's a hole in the wall with the stairs leading to it

I think you need to do a lot of stuff on Ash Twins first before attempting to got to the Forge?
