I'm no fan of Lindsey Graham, but the ICC is a political organization, not an unbiased court. It's anti-American, anti-Western and anti-Israel. The basic idea that anyone who defends himself and his country against an attack is a war criminal is ludicrous. I can't help but note that after decades of Hamas, PIJ, Fatah, etc. attacks, the ICC indicted Hamas leaders only when it could also indict Israelis, as if defending yourself against an attack is the same thing as targeting and beheading, burning alive, raping and torturing babies, children, women, civilian men and the elderly.
