Yes it's very tricky part is .Batter shrimp cook shrimp very lightly take out shrimp rebatter and sprinkle batter in oil 325 hot & put shrimp on top of denkas & put the denkas on top of shrimp that's all was I helpful. Thanks...
I found Monarch flour but they sell it in 50 lbs. no way. I’m alone . Lol but I also found Monarch pastry flour. Which kind are you talking about or is there a substitute I can use. Bread flour ? Help me please. I like success

Yes. Because i used many different types of flours such as Tempura Batter mix they don't stick each other because it has too much soda's and many ather stuff .and it burns fast..thanks 👍

Do not water too much mix it until it loosens up and deep fryer it takes many times try out become professional. For me it took a while become a professional. Thanks

any low gluten/protein flour will do. Shoot for 11.5% protein
