Nice lesson. At 14:08 I’m I hearing the run down almost note for note as from the Beatles “Michelle”, possibly resolving in this case to a major 7th at the end to ‘lift mood’ harmonically. I think I’ve heard at the end of a “A Coventry Carol” too … perhaps a veteran idea renovated by jazz?

@@annettesomers7463 Jaime makes great pickups. I believe it’s just him making them so it can take a while, but totally worth the wait.

Thanks for this lesson Andy and the pdf. Tried to leave something in the tip jar but was unable to process both via Apple Pay and PayPal so not sure if it’s on your end or mine?

Thanks I appreciate that. I think it might be your end. If you email me I can send you a direct link to my Paypal, that should work.

Great lesson. This really helped me expand my understanding of this standard. Also, I still love that guitar. I hope you never part with it. :)

Thanks Joe. Glad it was helpful. I sincerely hope I never have to part with it, it's just got such a nice tone and it's so easy to play. Better than any custom shop Fender I've owned.
