      Stick with it.
No doctor here but, take your pill Everytime, 50mg.
If initially nauseous, half dose and hold your resolve to moderate. Eventually you will reach pharmacological Extinction.
Track your metrics in a diary, such as time of pill taking, number and time of drinks and food diet patterns and thoughts all around. This will come in.
It worked for me, I had a pronounced drinking problem even if I was slow to admit it publicly.
      You can succeed.

Was similar with me. I was super nauseous, especially with hangovers after compliant drinking. Best thing I can recommend is honestly get some probiotics and fiber into you. The pizza and sugars are more palatable, but they’re going to make your stomach far more unhappy. For me, it usually meant puking or dry heaving most mornings, until I changed up my diet and started eating better stuff /: I’m sorry, I’d also recommend colostrum if you can afford some supplements

The nausea should go away in a week or so; good luck!

I'm am afraid of losing pleasure in activities like motorcycle riding. It's not "painful" but it definitely gives me an endorphin rush that's very valuable to me. It's really my only pleasure. Well, besides the drinking.

With any luck, the peak effects of naltrexone should be when you’re actively drinking, where ideally you’re not on the motorcycle. The effects of Naltrexone seem to diminish in 6ish hours for most people, from what I’ve heard. Riding your bike, while not on the pill, should still be a massive endorphin blast. In fact, you actually get additional neurochemical reinforcement from riding your bike off the pill. This is because after taking Naltrexone, your endorphin receptors are actually hypersensitive for stimulation, so if endorphins are produced, more can be “absorbed” if you will. Look up “up cell regulation.” Basically your body senses that endorphins are being produced, but not received when you’re on Naltrexone. In response to this, your brain produces a BUTTLOAD of receptors, trying to get your brain in working order. If you’re on the pill, naltrexone will block these receptors. However, off the pill, you now have that BUTTLOAD of receptors ready for action and fun. Then bike riding off the pill becomes an endorphin blast 👍 So you’re actually perfectly fine to continue your hobby, in fact, you’ll probably start to love it more

Not sure if you can see my other comment, youtube has it hidden on my end. But the content was important so I’m gonna comment again.
You don’t need to worry about that problem at all, in fact, you have things to look forward to. If you ride your bike in between drinking sessions on the pill, which lasts around 6-8 hours, you’ll actually have those activities additionally reinforced by something called “up cell regulation.” Basically, when you drink on naltrexone, naltrexone blocks your opiate receptors from receiving endorphins. Your brain notices this, however, and produces an excess of endorphin receptors. These get blocked on the pill, but when it wears off, you now have a TON of receptors ready for use! Then, riding your bike becomes EXTRA reinforcing. My hobbies have gotten more intensely pleasurable since Ive started TSM. And, to be fair, you shouldn’t be drinking w naltrexone and riding anyway.

@@geoffreygill5849 Thank-you for the quick response, I’m sincerely encouraged. I understand what you’re saying. To be clear, riding is a daytime activity and drinking is the reward when I get home. So no drinking and driving going on there. I’m thinking I should take the naltrexone at 3pm, and take it from there. Again, sincere thanks. I really need to kick this for many reasons.
