Ut sweet potatos are usually not suggested for pcod people right and iam having pcod, harmone imbalance and endometrium thickness 10mm during bleeding and m bleeding since 2 years, my thyroud and all boold reports are normal, iam having pcod and endometrial thickness 10mm when i did scanning and that my also i qas bleeding only.. So dont know when period is happening ans stopping, but daily bleeding.. My doctor said it is not much thick and some people have but due to that this bleeding will not happen, and they provided harmone pills, but i didnt take.. Iam sure all od these is due to harmone..imbalance.. Kindly tell me flr my happiness is the 10 mm thickness is okay during periods? And why iam bleeding daily? Does m having cancer, but it is not said in my report.. All doctors are telling except pcod and harmone imbalnace and endometrium thickness of 10mm nothing extra m having.. But after reasearching in google, m just not understanding what to do..

Sweet potatoes are actually very good for hormone balance and for PCOS as well. White potatoes are not so good though.
