Nice to meet you through this Canuary collaboration! I love your tip to keep your clean jars upside down and with the rings on…protecting them from anything falling in them and from the rims from chips! I’m going to adopt that myself. Thank you for participating and sharing your time and recipe with us. And Leisa at Suttonsdaze and For Jars are wonderful for sponsoring this cool collaboration.

Canned chicken is something I never want to be without. Thanks for showing how simple and easy it is to have such a great product on your shelf. I hadn't seen the jiggle jiggle spit spit thing before. I would have been concerned as well so it is good to know. Thanks for contributing to Canuary knowlege.

Thank you for the very informative video on canning raw pack chicken. We love having this on the shelf. I taught my daughter how to can "Ugly Chicken" last year, and having pre cooked chicken available has helped make meal time planning easier for her on those hecttic days that can occur when you have small children. Home canned chicken tastes so much better than commercially canned chicken. In addition, a big thanks to Leisa and Forjars for collaborating and sponsoring Canuary 2024.

What better way to start the day than a video from Mouse Toes! YAY CANUARY! Love all the detail you provided. Flipping those lids/flats makes it sooooo much easier to get them out of their water bath. It also helps to be reminded that it's NOT hard. It's about focus. I love that you give clear instructions in the order they are needed and you don't jump back and forth, which can be confusing. I have time to write notes and I don't have to go back with arrows and other unreadable chicken stratch to try to put everything in order. Thank you so much. Raw pack chicken was the first pressure canning show I seen, Sutton Daze, who also give clear instructions in order you need. I have not gotten the courage to pressure can but am saving for a forjars canner, I love the extra safety features on them. Have a Blessed day and again Thank you

Ugly chicken is so important to always have on the shelves. Convenient and adds a sense of security to my pantry. Clear, concise instructions. Great job.

I think chicken breast is the absolute best & easiest item for newbies to can. I am in my late 60s & try to encourage every young person to start canning, especially your own proteins. Thank you for sharing.
