I love how creative people are getting with these altoids tin kits, and you are no exception. I think this is one of the nicer ones I've seen so far. Very well done.
Benadryl, pry bar, clipper and tweezers, excellent. I would also have a mini tube of hydro-cortisone I saw another kit where they wrapped electrical tape around the edge of the tin, doesn't take any extra space. Char cloth is amazing for fire kit as well. Thanks, this was a good kit.
Good job! I would replace the birthday candle with a TRICK Birthday candle because they will stay lite even in wind. also add a couple of mini eye hooks to make your own fishing pool (3 minimum) folded aluminum foil also can use clear straws with tips melted if you don't have shrink wrap or mini perfume type bottles. Thanks for the video!
I added two items to the kit. 2 water purification pills and a P38 military can opener. The pills are tiny and the can opener is really skinny when folded.
Well done!! I think its packed with extreme versatility and neatly; everything is really useful in more ways than one.....Sean, you should consider selling these on Ebay! Thanks for sharing....
Very nice kit. Excellent work fitting all those items inside the tin. I'd consider adding a very light poly bag to hold water for those purification tabs to do their job.
+Ray Sills That would be nice, but the tin is in an urban setting. If he ever needs to use the pills, it shouldn't take much searching to find an unopened or completely sealed-empty bottle. Just scavenging the trash you will find lots and I say lots of unopened bottles. I volunteered as cleanup for a little while and people waste so much.
From all of the URBAN kits i have seen this is one of the best and real Urban... lots of other kits socalled URBAN have a lot of space waste with stuff ment for outdoors... great job man...
Nice kit. I would stick the band-aids as well as a couple of alcohol wipes to the lid instead of on the bottom. You don't want to bleed on everything else while digging out the band-aids. The freznel magnifier actually can wedge them in there fairly well.
I agree with the other comment: It is one of the nicer ones out there. I watch these to see if I can catch an something to improve mine. I have a red tin for Medical related, a green tin for Food related, and a blue for the rest (day to day needs), such as fire & S.O.S. Thank you for your ideas. Peace! Ralph
This is easily the best pocket sized survival kit I've ever seen... It's missing a few things I'd definitely consider "must haves", but the ideas and how compact you got everything is absolutely brilliant. The amount of different solutions to survival problems you fit into one Altoid can is impressive to say the least.
I would find some way to put a thermal survival blanket or maybe even a trash bag in there. Temporary survival shelters can be made from all natural materials, but I've camped in the rain before, and trust me, you want something other than sticks and leaves over your head in that scenario. Maybe cut down a survival blanket half size? or even have the survival blanket held onto the outside of the tin with some ranger bands so it's always right there with it? That would be my biggest suggestion.
+Patrick Bohannon Ofcourse depends of the climate you are in.. But a thermal sheet would be my first choice here in scandinavia. Too bad they take so much space. +Sean Havanas : Amazing kit.
I love looking at kits like this to get ideas. I think you have some redundancy with the extra knife, screwdriver, and multi tool. But everyone's needs are different. Thanks for sharing.
what a great kit! if you remove the bit holder screw driver you could fit in something else (because you already have the leatherman). Perhaps a glue stick? with the lighter you could glue just about anything that might need repair.
Great kit. Loved it. So much stuff crammed in. One suggestion would be to fix the band aids to the inside of the lid. This way you can get to them much quicker rather than having to take everything pit to get to them at tye bottom. Cheers
I really like the idea of those vials that have the various liquids in them. I believe they are the same ones that are used to cologne / perfume samples so you can probably get them for free a department stores.
You can put the paper and money in one of those plastic wallet sleeves along with a card of important information like phone numbers. The sleeve will keep them from getting worn.
I have a bunch of Spam cans I don't want to throw away thinking they might have a use. I made an Alcohol Stove with one, but sometimes round is better.
The Altoids Tin to use is the green trim for TSA, school or VA friendly. Also for a pen use the Fisher Space Pen Refill... Maybe a twenty dollar bill on the bottom of the tin under a Fresnel Len for the Fire Kit or read the info sheet on how to use... Thank you for the video ! tjl
You can save room by using a cut down hack saw blade and then a standard box cutter blade... drill a hole or two and if/ when you need a handle use your Kevlar cord and pry bar (or the zip tie) and then you can add more stuff... the shout I think was/ is over kill.. the Bubble level still has me confused, the wine bottle opener....???... same same (confused).... more safety pins and more paper clips.... extra battery’s for flashlight overall cool kit thanks for sharing
Cpl comments all constructive tho. First. If urban, keep it urban. Fishing kit, snare wire, compass etc are def not needed urban. Save the space and add more useful items for urban edc. More bandaids. An alcohol or antiseptic wipe. Some quarters. Maybe a small packet of sunscreen or afterbite or repellent. Then have a separate kit for day hikes or camping or even in vehicle for more rustic activities which could require an overnight somewhere. My .02 but it’s def a hybrid kit you have there and I guarantee you’ll never use some of those items in urban or suburban carry. Problem is making kits is addicting, but don’t get carried away and in doing so, actually make it less useful. Like those bandaids. They’re on the bottom! Put those on top. When u or someone else is bleeding, especially a kiddo, you want those handy. Trust me I know. Just saying guys, always think practical and functional. Not just make it a cram mission and lose its purpose or make life harder. Great start tho!
I agree with @Axel Mancini that a mirror would be a good idea. It can be used as signal, even in an urban environment. There are small metal ones available. I live in area where you/group could be isolated from ground rescue in earthquake. Remember, these are not like hurricanes, snowstorms or even tornadoes-there is NO warning. Couple of water purification pills are a good idea, too, as suggested earlier.
Nice but would add a paper dust mask . just never know if smoke starts coming through vents at work or a construction zone some where or earthquake ....
Absolutely a top notch kit! Do you find that it is a bit heavy with the Leatherman tool in it for pocket carry? I have been experimenting with different contents, especially mini multitools. When I add the multitool it seems just a bit too heavy for front pocket carry. Again great kit, thanks for the great vid!
yeah, you could put a ranger band around the part where it connects (or electrical tape) to keep it from happening. I have fluid in things I've not used more than just to check it twice a year for a few years now with no evaporation issue. Sometimes those o-rings are bad and replacing those can help too.
Good video and thanks for posting the names of the tools, some I will have to get myself. Granted its "urban" but some imodium would be a good add as well as some type of purification...never know...and some band aids... Just my $0.02 Again Thanks for listing the materials
Paul Dunham There is Imodium and two band aids in the kit. They are in the video. I am sure I can fit a purification tablet in the kit. I will look into it.
+Gino Foogle I know these posts are on UA-cam but I think this video is embedded in a forum that is getting a lot of responses that get sent here. Every new link has a [LINKED COMMENT] next to it. I just wonder what it is linked to.

becky stein I like the trick candle idea...very nice
I added two items to the kit. 2 water purification pills and a P38 military can opener. The pills are tiny and the can opener is really skinny when folded.
one more of those vials filled with lighter fluid could refill that lighter at least twice
Could you put liter fluid in a capsules to help start a fire
Pickle McPickle read the comment just before yours
I was about to say a can opener would be a good idea
Sean Havanas do you have a list to the items in the kit, nice video
Well done!!
I think its packed with extreme versatility and neatly; everything is really useful in more ways than one.....Sean, you should consider selling these on Ebay!

Good point: use what you find!
I just use my flask
7 years on…..best I have seen so far and I have nearly exhausted UA-cam
Well done - creative with the shrink wrap and really sizing everything down. Impressive amount of stuff in there!
Excellent selection of items. You fit a lot of good stuff in there. Thank you!
Best one I've seen! Been wanting, contemplating putting one together for work (I'm a nurse) great ideas, great job.
one of the best survival kits I've seen.
Yeah
are you being sarcastic?
I really like the mini pry-bar. Save your knives! The vials are awesome as well. Think I would replace the shout with something else though.
Amazing how much useful stuff you managed to fit in there! Good job!
Awesome video, awesome tin. Great work - definitely worth watching!
From all of the URBAN kits i have seen this is one of the best and real Urban... lots of other kits socalled URBAN have a lot of space waste with stuff ment for outdoors... great job man...
Love all the miniature gadgets. Great EDC. Cant wait to build my own. Nice work.
A brilliant kit. I especially love the screwdriver and magnifying glass, but it's all so well thought out. Inspirational 👍
Great EDC. Really like the small vials of WD40 and stain remover and the mini lighter.
Impressive. I sm amazed at all the stuff you got in there! Well done.
Nice kit. I would stick the band-aids as well as a couple of alcohol wipes to the lid instead of on the bottom. You don't want to bleed on everything else while digging out the band-aids. The freznel magnifier actually can wedge them in there fairly well.

Probably the best kit I’ve seen! Great job buddy
Ridogg81 Thank you!!
Your tin backs a lot of stuff. I am very impress. Thanks for posting your video.
Yours is the best kit I have seen, given me loads of ideas thanks
I am amazed of how many items you manage to put in that Altoid box , that was tough .
What I do is use the ends of regular-sized matches as toothpicks, as long as you have a knife you can point the ends of them & they work great.
One of the best I've seen. Saving this to use as a reference.

+Patrick Bohannon What would you add. I am always looking for ideas. I watched a lot of video to help me build that one. Thanks for the complement

Sweet little kit you put together.
This is the best altiod kit!!!So many pieces!!!😀🙌🙋
Nice tin! I’m building mine now and got some good ideas here...Thanks
That's the best urban kit I've seen
Well hes alive so its a good survival kit
well done! our "tins" always evolve. yours definitely gives food for thought
what a great kit! if you remove the bit holder screw driver you could fit in something else (because you already have the leatherman). Perhaps a glue stick? with the lighter you could glue just about anything that might need repair.
by far the best kits I have seen good job man really impressive Dan in ohio
Is a very realistic kit... i love it, and lovr also that the pieces are all small too... im gonna follow your model...
Great kit. Looks like you put a lot of thought into it. Thanks for sharing.
Great kit. Loved it. So much stuff crammed in. One suggestion would be to fix the band aids to the inside of the lid. This way you can get to them much quicker rather than having to take everything pit to get to them at tye bottom. Cheers
What is the link for the small vials you have in your kit
Great video, wonderful functional kit!
I really like the idea of those vials that have the various liquids in them. I believe they are the same ones that are used to cologne / perfume samples so you can probably get them for free a department stores.
Very nice kit
Best kid I’ve probably ever seen hands-down
good mini kit. interesting and complete.........nice work good video¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡
You can put the paper and money in one of those plastic wallet sleeves along with a card of important information like phone numbers. The sleeve will keep them from getting worn.
A rape whistle, snare wire and WD40. Sounds like a party.
+William This is the best comment I got from the video!!! There is duct tape in there also.
Very good kit! By the way Bobby pins are for hair. That's a safety pin.
I was actually pretty impressed by this. I’m going to add some blue Dawn dish soap in a heat sealed straw to my kit.
great job on the kit, a small thought. expiry date on medication would be a good idea. Again great kit, very well thought out!
Very awesome. I love survival tins.
i really dig your little vial idea!
I have a bunch of Spam cans I don't want to throw away thinking they might have a use. I made an Alcohol Stove with one, but sometimes round is better.

Nice kit
a very well equipped kit 👍
Nice video. Great tips
Great tin . What is the name of the little pen and the little light. Would like to get those for my tin.
Great videos keep up the good work
Where get those tubes I cant find them anywhere man!.
Where did you buy the small mini tubes of wd40 and goo gone? Good kit!
Nice kit! Thanks for sharing.
Nice kit but, what happens with your hands?
where did you get the small lighter? is pretty cool. thanks
PLEASE... where did you get the tiny fishing kit?
You can save room by using a cut down hack saw blade and then a standard box cutter blade... drill a hole or two and if/ when you need a handle use your Kevlar cord and pry bar (or the zip tie) and then you can add more stuff... the shout I think was/ is over kill.. the Bubble level still has me confused, the wine bottle opener....???... same same (confused).... more safety pins and more paper clips.... extra battery’s for flashlight overall cool kit thanks for sharing
It is an Urban kit. I level stuff a lot and no one ever has a win bottle opener. It is good advice on the saw blade.
great kit! where did you get those little vials with the WD-40, Neosporin, Shout etc.?
Cpl comments all constructive tho.

That's amazing Bro 👏
Great video. A small problem is you didn't centre the camera so a lot of your hand "unfolding" couldn't be seen.
Nice but would add a paper dust mask . just never know if smoke starts coming through vents at work or a construction zone some where or earthquake ....
nice kit! that lighter
Great kit and review!
I find it hilarious you'd keep Shout in the same kit as snare wire. You know, for when you're worried about stains when subsisting on rodents.
Great kit
Where do you find the tubes full of neosporin and WD 40 and all the others
+Deacon Walkington-Kinne I found the tubes on eBay, printed a label and used tape to put it on the tube, then filled them with what the table showed.
Great video!!!
Great video and tin! Well done :)
If this is an urban survival kit, is the snare wire for catching rats?
in what urban environment will you go fishing?
Great job! Congrats! Just a minor question: Which is the capacity and dimensions of the virals? Thanks!
35x8mm or 1.38"x.31" and they are 1/5 Dram or 0.739343 mL. I think they round up to 1 mL. Search eBay for Perfume Sampler Vials 8x35 w/ Caps 1/5 Dram
Why do you need a fishing kit and some snare wire in an urban kit?
Can you link where you got some of these items
where is the razor and saw Form?
Where'd you get the razor?
pretty neat just passig theu these are pretry addicting once you try 1 right
Absolutely a top notch kit! Do you find that it is a bit heavy with the Leatherman tool in it for pocket carry?
I have been experimenting with different contents, especially mini multitools. When I add the multitool it seems just a bit too heavy for front pocket carry. Again great kit, thanks for the great vid!
VERY NICE KIT
does the fluid from that lighter evaporate over time?
+Teddy Thefourth Yes it does. I wonder if I put it in a sealed bag if it will help
yeah, you could put a ranger band around the part where it connects (or electrical tape) to keep it from happening. I have fluid in things I've not used more than just to check it twice a year for a few years now with no evaporation issue. Sometimes those o-rings are bad and replacing those can help too.
Link for the vials?
you got so much stuff in there I thought you were going to pull a Blue Whale out of it.
Great edc kit just the one for me thanks
What, no hot and cold running water?
Great idea's for these times in 2022
I would expect the lighter fluid to evaporate in storage like a Zippo. You're probably better off with a mini Bic in that kit.
Good video and thanks for posting the names of the tools, some I will have to get myself.
Granted its "urban" but some imodium would be a good add as well as some type of purification...never know...and some band aids...
Just my $0.02
Again Thanks for listing the materials

wow did you get a lot of stuff in there.
+Brad Gillaspie I am getting al ot more comments. Were is this posted?
+Sean Havanas youtube lol..
+Gino Foogle I know these posts are on UA-cam but I think this video is embedded in a forum that is getting a lot of responses that get sent here. Every new link has a [LINKED COMMENT] next to it. I just wonder what it is linked to.
Sean Havanas fair enough
+Sean Havanas it's linked to you're altoids survival kit.
nice kit! Subbed!
Your crow bar is cute..but can't see a tiny thing being much use except to pry your lunch box open...show us some uses
