I finally picked me up a '61 d100 shortbed.Tony has given me alot of motivation and ideas when I tackle my build. My year is only year they did the grill on it, it's thin aluminium, mint shape. I recently picked up the same year (s) grill Tony has and it's mint, Gotta chrome it ( it's white patina)
You always see old Chevy and ford trucks but when do you ever see a dodge? This truck is by far more beautiful and unique.
Those trucks are not ugly one bit they make the meanest looking muscle trucks out of any chevy or ford

He's right about the trim. If anyone out there has this trim, I am looking for it for my 64.
I was having some reliability issues with my pickup's tail lights so I gave up and went with aftermarket truck lights. I had to take out about a quarter inch of metal but then the rubber grommets fit right in. I found the lights were a little brighter than the original Dodge lights with those 1157 bulbs. The new ones rode with the rubber grommet suspension and they didn't get water inside so they ended up being much more reliable. Not that you guys are going to go pounding your Dodge off road or anything, but I thought I'd mention it. Cheers!

That's honestly the perfect trick ass old Dodge D100 truck it's got a beautiful patina with that cool ass leather seat and interior it's slammed it's super slick that you can see all of the air ride plumbing because that stuff is all a work of art by itself but also He said it's a comfortable ride it's got heating and air conditioning a killer sound system with Bluetooth & has all your modern amenities like you said with the most important part is it s**** and gets with the program & has a Mopar heart ❤️ HEMI if I was going to do one myself I think Id do exactly like that.... It's perfect thanks for sharing it

There was an early 60s doge truck I could have gotten for free the only wrong thing was that a little tree fell on the front window frame I'll never forget about that

Why would someone "lower" a truck like that? It is so impractical, looks stupid and really doesn't accomplish much aerodynamically, unless you're moving at 200 mph.
