    Hi Premila, mene forst time aapka ye video dekha hai. Mujhe bahut help mili hai ye samajhne me ki gratitude journaling kyo karni chahiye. I am learning 'Pranic Healing ' these days and mujhe home work mila hai 30 days tak gratitude writing ka. Today is 7th day. Mene points me likhna start kiya hai . Point ko hi thosa sa elaborate kar deti hoon. Itni achchi tarah se explain karne ke lie bahut bahut thanx.

    Really its great habit
    I have been doing this for a long time. In the morning I do this orally and in the evening before going to bed I write letter to God and gives thanks to God nature and parents for good day .I feel pleasure doing this gratitude.Everyone should do this.

    When you are low , mood off ho , dil na kre likhne ko , toh just voh journal uthake , ek baar pichle jo bhi grateful cheeze apne likhi ae u can read that , jaise ab aapne 30 days ka likhlia ae toh agay jakr aap jab pichla 3rd-5th day read kroge , you will feel really calm and peaceful :) or apka Mood bhi better hoga or apko or cheeze grateful lgengi ❤️

    I am in phase of heartbreak and I am surprised that how I am so strong.     from that day i feel unlimited gratitude daily, just to be alive, every breath feels like a bonus

    Gratitude always works. I was in a job where manager was too bad.
    I started gratitude for my good job, salary and office culture and i got the same job that i paid gratitude to universe within 3 month.

    Aaj ka Mera din bohot kharaab gya tha so it was gonna be difficult to write my grateful thoughts tonight but apki video dekh k mood thoda acha ho gya so I'm gonna continue after realising that we usually focus on the things that aren't good or that make us feel bad. It's in our genes to focus on mistakes and ignore the good things therefore we need to work on it. Thanks for this valuable information. I was just gonna slip away but i subscribed. I don't know why I did that. Coz i really don't subscribe so easily. Maybe you are very genuine.

    I do gratitude by just saying it to god..but now I should also start writing a gratitude journal after this video...It feels very relax and happy by simply watching the way you are telling 😊

    Maine aapko dekh kar journal likhna Start kiya tha wo v 30 days ke liye but jab likhne lga to 4 month ke liye likha note Book 📚 hi khtm ho gya 😂😂,, ab fir se likhna Start krna hai ab gratitude journal likhna hai

    Try doing yoga nidra for 30 days. It's an amazing practice. Really curious to see what changes you feel after doing the practice.
