The pot is stunning! I love how you talked through and described your thinking and process... so helpful for me! Thanks so much!!
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it and it was helpful!
It always amazes me how many plants you professionals can fit in a pot! Wow. So beautiful 🤩
I should do a co trainer Q&A. 🤣 You’ll notice that I absolutely Jam Pack my spring and fall containers. My summer ones I leave more room. During these cooler temps, they simply just don’t put on that much size.
Love this pot! So pretty. And I learned something new about how think about a "color story." Thank you for that.
You are so welcome! Glad you were able to take something away and hopefully apply it in the future!
Love this!
Beautiful!
STUNNNNNINGGGGG! I don't think I've ever seen a wallflower before. Love it all!
Hi Kate🌺 . You arranged the plants beautifully in the container it looks so pretty . Have a nice day .🌷🪻🌷
Isn’t the wallflower amazing! I saw it at my nursery and had to pick it up!
Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it! 💕

Thank you so much! Right back at you I hope you have a great day as well! 💕
Stunning! Thank you for the process!
Thank you for watching! 💕
Very pretty, can’t wait to start here! 🇨🇦❄️🇨🇦
I just started container planting for my clients this week. So excited to get my hands back in the dirt!
So beautiful, love it!!!
Thank you so much... I am doing the dining patio containers this week so look for that video!
Wonderful and it definitely helps inspire to start spring pots and summer plans. Glad you have a channel. I’m looking forward to seeing more
Amazing! Glad you enjoyed the video! More is coming… 💕
Ohmygoodness ❤️ I love it so much! I hope you show more.
Just a little teaser here… More will come 😉
Beautiful container🌷🌷🌷
Thank you so much 😊
It's beautiful, also appreciate seeing you fiddle around before landing on the prefect combination. Interesting too, your coat matches your house.
The matching coat was not on purpose but I will take it! 💕
I like your design oriented approach. For me the challenge is to think design but on a much, much more limited budget.
That is always a challenge. Even for my containers I need to be budget conscious. What I didn’t use in the video will go into other containers. You can take the same method I used on my steps at the nursery before you purchase products. Get them all in your cart and see what works based on your budget.
When you were placing the plants I thought it was a lot. But the shots from above you could see there was plenty of room. I really like it. The combination of plants ❤️.
Beau front entrance contsiner
Glad you enjoyed it! 💕
I love the gorgeous combination of plants you used in your front door container. It's a lovely spring greeting for everyone who enters your home.
Thank you so much!
Truly magnificent!!!
Thank you so much!! 😊
It’s a work of art, Kate! ❤ I love all the colors and textures so gold. I knew you’d put together something amazing. It also helps me look for more foliage specimens rather than just mixed flowers with some greenery. Such a cool term color story. And the little spaceman, so cute. 🥰 Excited to see some more designs. ❤
Thank you so much! And yes! Textures are very important in a container. The good news is that it’s only temporary so if something doesn’t work for you it can be changed out the next season.
Love this! That lime green pops against your home. Is that a volcanic Michael Carr planter? Love that!
It isn’t, but I love that you thought of his planters! I purchased it from Potteryland in Lynnwood, WA. I have a space lover in my household and thought it looked like the moon… and went with our little space man. 😊
beautiful combo , can’t wait to see your container recipes next❤️❤️❤️
I’m working on it 😉
I love curly whirly rusk so much I found seeds so I can have many for myself and gifts for friends. And you didn’t use 😢it in your container but I understand as I use it so it grows up through the plants with it.
What do you like to do with the plants after their season in the planter is over? What a great looking refresh. 😊
Great question! Most times the annuals are spent and get composted. If I have anything that can be planted out in the landscape, I love to give those away to family and friends! Last weekend, I gave tons away on my local Buy Nothing. Above all, I like to rehome whenever possible.
Absolutely gorgeous ✨
I hope to see more of your beautiful work this growing season! Is this considered a shade combination?
Thank you so much! And this is a part shade arrangement. In spring you can flex your sun requirements a bit because it isn't so intense as summer.
Love the container! But what I really love is the backdrop - the house and door colour are perfect. Do you know the names of the paint colours?
The house colors are ambiguous black from Miller Paint and vintage vogue on the door from Benjamin Moore
Could you do a video on hooking drip up to containers like this by the front door?
Absolutely! I've added it to my list of videos to make.
Love the lovely pot ❤
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful!! I love your style. I was wondering how one could reuse broken pottery. I had a terracotta floor vase with a long neck. It broke in the middle. It has tribal markings on it. I put the bottom out as a bird bath on a dead tree stump, as no drainage holes. I don’t know what to do with the long neck. Any advice would be appreciated.
Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry I missed this! I don’t know what I’d do with it, but the bird bath idea was brilliant!
Hi Kate ,
Beautiful container ❤ pat
Thank you! ❤️ right back at you!
안녕하세요. 당신의 손길로 화분이 아름다워졌군요. 꽃다발을 받은 기분입니다. 좋은 영상 공유해주셔서 감사해요. ❤❤❤386`~~~~
Thank you so much! I'm about to do the containers on the patio to the right... I'll post those soon! 💕
Left the plants for the front doesn’t seem to have enough foliage contrast to me
Thank you for the feedback!
Beautiful!
